From the house there are beautiful panoramic views of the Lepontine Alps and Cistella mt.2880. You will love my accommodation for these reasons: TRANQUILLITY of the place, suitable for couples and families with children, ideal for WALKS and CIASPOLATE in the woods and valleys Antigorio Formazza, park Veglia Devero,about 15 minutes drive there are the PREMIA baths, there are restaurants in the area and in the capital CRODO all the necessary services. For directions the GALLETTO is on G.MAP.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Unsere helle Wohnung ist zentral in Walenstadt gelegen. Sie bietet viel Platz für Familien oder Pärchen. Eine grosse Terrasse mit Gasgrill lädt im Sommer zum Verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür,den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen Richtung Zürich oder Chur erreichen sie in 5, den schönen Walensee mit kostenlosem Badestrand und Spielplatz in 15 Gehminuten. Von hier aus erreichen sie auch bequem mit ÖV oder Auto die Flumserberge, perfekt für Wintersport oder Biken.

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.
