Homely and very well furnished 3.5 Z chalet in Obersaxen-Mundaun (GR). Magnificent views. Only 10 minutes walk from the valley station Valata (winter) and 150m from the bus station. Separate kitchen with corner bench, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms, covered outdoor seating area, garden, garage, car parking. Little traffic. Wi-Fi. Wonderful skiing, hiking and biking area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, cross-country trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.
