It is a more than 200-year-old Heimatschutzhaus in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. Elevated above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountain and valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes peace and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you will enjoy privacy and absolute seclusion. Perfect for switching off and recharging.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!
