Cute shotgun style house from 1895, 14ft ceilings original hardwood floors and claw foot tub. Located around the corner from the beautiful Marigny Opera House. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack.
