Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! This is a newly built located two blocks from historic Esplanade Avenue and 6 blocks from Jazz Fest. Located half way in between City Park and the French Quarter. Easy Street parking. Near cafes, restaurants and bus line. This is a guest house with private bedroom and bathroom, but NO kitchen. Microwave and mini fridge are provided. It is an old property with some uneven brick and gravel pathways. May not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

House is close to Superdome, French quarter, world war II museum and 2 blocks from the St. Charles street car. Only blocks away from St. Charles Mardi Gras parade route. You’ll love my place because of it's location. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) A lot of things to do for everyone including families with children. House is located in a safe neighborhood with a lot of new construction.

House was much bigger than expected! Living room, bedroom & bathrooms are very nice. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may need. We were able to move the bed in one of the bedrooms to make room for 2 pack n plays. Izzy is a super nice accommodating guy! Above and beyond!

maisonetter tropical was fantastic, as was shanda. the apartment is small but beautiful and contains everything you need for a short new orleans trip and it's close to a lot of nightlife places and restaurants. it's also a great place if you have mold or other environmental sensitivities because it's a new construction and the place is kept spotless. i can't recommend shanda's place enough.

I enjoyed my stay, neighborhood was very quiet. I enjoyed being so close to the lake. Great restaurants Would definitely come back .

The old vintage vibe to this house made us feel so at home. Perfect for movie nights, a short uber ride into town and Walmart a short walk down the road. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly!

Enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for us . We were in town for fishing tournament and needed secure and safe place for our kayaks! Comfortable beds nice neighborhood felt safe. Host was very responsive when we needed them. We’ve already booked for our next tournament n the area. Thank you again
