This room features its own exterior access door and private bathroom, separate from the main house. Our home is a few blocks away from parks, art and culture, including museums and the Capitol, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Safe, quiet, in the bustle of downtown but the privacy of a neighborhood. The location, people, and ambiance of our funky neighborhood make this a perfect spot. My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pets.
“Collin + Janay’s home was beautifully decorated and equipped with literally everything you might need. The room is within the house, but has it’s own separate entrance for added privacy. It was the perfect location for my boyfriend & I’s staycation, and I hope we get the chance to book again! Don’t think twice <3”
A luxurious, brand new, private guest house located two miles from LSU campus and one mile from downtown Baton Rouge—in the heart of the beloved Garden District. Enjoy the restaurants, shops, and culture of Mid City and the Perkins Overpass, the biking and running paths of City Park, and the beautiful homes of this historic, walkable neighborhood. With a private entrance, full kitchen, laundry, and wifi, this place is great for visiting students, taking in a game, or traveling for business.
“Phillip went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. The guest house was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood to take a walk through. It is a perfect, central location for all kinds of sights and activities in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.”
100 year old home in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Baton Rouge, Beauregard Town. I have lived on this street for over 12 years and it is great to see it transform! The house has been completely updated and decorated with interesting pieces I find at estate sales. The neighborhood is a mix of young, mature, families and businesses. *7 blocks from 3rd Street, Restaurants/Bars *3 Miles from LSU *4 Blocks from the interstate that can take you anywhere *7 Blocks from the Levee
“Melissa is truly sweet! The house was beautiful and in a great location, close to the waterfront and LSU. There was everything that we needed, lots of dishes and cookware, towels and cleaning supplies - I have stayed at other places for a week or more where you run out of all of this stuff after 2-3 days, but Melissa made sure that we had everything that we needed to feel like we were staying at a friend's house. Neighborhood is cute and quiet. I would happily stay there again.”
