The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Your code for the front gate and front door will be sent via the Airbnb app three days before your stay. If you need any help just give us a call.

Legally licensed vacation rental has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths 1 half bath, dining room and kitchen den combo. Large third floor balcony overlooking the garden district. This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and Magazine Street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

Courtyard Apartment by Convention Center

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.

Beautiful historic shotgun home built in 1907 by a family of shipbuilders and remodeled by the same family 100yrs later. Located on the Westbank of the Mississippi but still only 10 min from the French Quarter! Safest Neighborhood in all of New Orleans!! Warm personal touches and custom built furniture!
