Parking is located on street, steps from the door. Getting around is easy, in addition to taxis and rodeshares, rental bikes are nearby, as well as several bus stops. Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)

Walk down Desire St to reach the entry gate to Crescent City Park, take a short drive to Bacchanal fine wine and spirits, roam the eateries and bars of the Bywater neighborhood, and enjoy the across-the-street view of a historic cemetery. 30 to 45 minute walk to the French Quarter, or an 8 minute drive!
