House vacation rentals in Ninth Ward

My family stayed here for a weekend-long celebration of my birthday, and it was perfect for 10 adults - large well-provisioned kitchen, ample bathrooms, and large comfortable bedrooms. It's worth noting though that 3 of the bedrooms are attached railroad style, which was fine for us. The pool area was also beautiful and chill to relax after a few long days of being out and about. Highly recommend a stay here!

Everything was exactly as described. Alleshia was very responsive to all inquires. We ended up being there during terrific downpours, so we spent cozy hours indoors. The neighborhood is interesting and some of the properties are undergoing a face lift.

Such a beautiful and spacious home. It was super easy to get into and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and using the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and neighbors were friendly. Would 100% return!

We had an incredible stay for a long weekend with six people. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the pool in the backyard. Communication with the host was seamless and clear. Really great location, walking distance to magazine and nice neighborhood. We highly recommend this spot!

This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

My sisters and I visited New Orleans for a quick Girls trip. We loved this place. We were comfortable and it felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and there was lots to do around the area. I would definitely recommend booking this location. Also our host was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the city. I enjoyed my stay and I would love to come back !

We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

I found this property to have a simple elegance in it's layout. I appreciated Mandie's attention to details and her responsiveness to queries. I really appreciated the reserved parking immediately adjacent to the property.

The Purple Purch is extremely comfy with everything you need. The lake views are priceless and go on forever. We slept so good! Shannon & Aamie could not have been better hosts. So kind, thoughtful and flexible. Very attentive & responsive when we had a question. If you are looking for peace & serenity on the water away from hustle of downtown N’Orleans then this is your place. Morning coffee outside on screened deck overlooking the lake was everyone’s favorite. The huge sectional allowed all 6 of us space to chill out for a movie night! Absolutely recommend staying at this soul calming place on Lake Catherine! Just what we needed…..😍👏🙌

Host were very help when reaching out for assistance. Place was very clean and easy to find. Location was close to everything! I would definitely return 😊.

David and Cassondra were very gracious and set the house up for a good time. My sons fished every morning and every evening. We caught crabs in the traps daily. Plenty of tackle and bait shops nearby. It was a 25 minute drive into downtown New Orleans. So the best of both worlds. The house was stocked with spices and condiments. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend it with 5 stars ⭐️

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic little townhome in the Garden District. Less than 5 minute walk to a nearby bakery/coffee shop and so many other restaurants. Plenty of street parking and easy to get to the trolley

Thomas was a amazing host the place was everything. He communicated with me throughout the whole process one of the reasons I added a extra day to my stay. The master bedroom room was a dream. Lady's place was amazing. Very clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Had plenty of room for the 4 of us. You provide your own code to access the residence. She reached out to me, prior to getting to the house, so I even felt the "Southern Hospitality" prior to reaching the residence, even getting into Louisiana. The neighbors were so nice and friendly. We were here for a quick getaway to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and surprised her with this weekend getaway and Lady's place was in a perfect location to everything. We went to the Jazz festival, took in all the sites, ate all that New Orleans had to offer, and even enjoyed a recommendation offered when I made the reservation (so again "Thank You"). I already know my older sister and none of us will never forget this trip, and have made memories that we'll forever and always cherish.

We had the best experience at this home! It’s a stunning location. Every window looks out at something beautiful since the house is overlooking water on both the front and back of the house. The host provides everything needed for fishing and a crab cage. We caught 3 crabs and 5 fish and spent very little time or effort trying. Plus there’s a bate shop very close by. The home is a pretty quick drive to the city of New Orleans and a couple other really nice towns. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, beautiful place to stay while visiting the area.

The Art House was the best Airbnb we have stayed. It was better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you need. Location was perfect. Safe area, close to everything. If you want a true, authentic NOLA experience, it is 100% worth staying here. We were 2 couples and each had our own bedroom with individual AC. Lovely to stay in eat a few nights, listening to music and chilling. Amazing, responsive host, would 100% book next time in NOLA. The art is amazing, true experience!

This was a clean and comfortable place in the middle of a great neighborhood. It was perfect for our last minute trip to New Orleans. The neighborhood is full of beautiful street art and great people. The room is tastefully decorated with gorgeous and comfortable linens. We had a minor issue with getting back into the room after a night out, but that was user error. Just make sure the door is completely closed when you try the lock code.

The place looked exactly like the photos It was close enough to everything where it didn't cost us a fortune. The check in was seamless would definitely visit again.

Our stay at Thomas’s place was great! The apartment was exactly as pictured. Its location was ideal for us to be able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go-from the French Quarter to amazing restaurants. The apartment itself is big and bright. The balcony was great for our morning coffee everyday and for watching the afternoon rain that came through lol! Everything was just perfect for our stay!

We enjoyed the stay. Very beautiful surroundings, Loved the porch and decks out to the water. Will definitely stay there again in the near future on the next fishing trip. Lots of great places to fish close by.
