We loved our stay here. It was well stocked with everything we needed and even some things we forgot, which we really appreciated. We loved that the back yard was fenced in and even did a fun Easter egg hunt with the kids back there. It was our home away from home.

Very nice place to stay. Loved the location - so close to our favorite restaurant, the Oar House and seafood ( Joe Pattis)market. Beds were soft but very comfortable. Enjoyed nights sitting in the swing on the front porch. Just a note - during the night time hours the road in the front can get very busy. We did cook several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies and cooking pots. The house is older but very neat decor that fits the place. We would definitely stay again.

This beautiful little place was just what we needed. We were visiting a relative in assisted living nearby, yet wanted a place to retreat to at the end of the day, close to restaurants and the beaches for our down time. Our host provided everything we needed and more: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and lots of extras such as nice bathroom toiletries, snacks, Keurig pods, sunglasses and suntan lotion, restaurant suggestions, beach chairs, a hose for rinsing off the sand..... We really had everything we needed and then some! We were within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants, and easy road access to the rest of Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood for walks, no dogs barking, etc.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at Terri’s cottage. We were in town for our summer vacation. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was an easy drive to the beach and far enough away to enjoy the quiet to be able to relax. Terri made some great recommendations for restaurants while we were in town and was very responsive to my questions.

We absolutely loved staying in the treehouse. We had a group coming to Pensacola for a wedding. It was the perfect place to relax in nature with all the hecticness of being in the bridal party. We would all absolutely come back again, such a spacious and comfortable space. Beds are so cozy, nice bathrooms, and just overall an inviting space! Thank you!

Tommy and Jen were so welcoming to me and my girlfriend. They respected our privacy but didn’t shut themselves away from us and they were fun to talk to. Their pets are very friendly and the whole yard was beautiful. I’d have put more stars i had the option, this place was worth every penny.

Great place to stay

We had such a relaxing vacation at Wanda’s. It’s a short drive to the beach but well worth it for the privacy and quiet. Wanda was so helpful and friendly :) The pool is like something out of a magazine. The kids and I hope to go back again next summer.

We had the best time. Her home was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The setting is super relaxing, the kids loved the pool, it was clean and warm. We had a washer and dryer that was super handy. One remote was not working and she had one shipped and replaced immediately. She responded very quickly to ant questions. We will 100% stay if we are ever in Pensacola again. Thank you for having such a lovely home.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 6 (youngest was 15). The beds were soooo comfortable and everything (especially the kitchen) was very well stocked. Nice being able to laundry and the internet worked great too. The pool was a nice bonus and everyone was so friendly. Check-in with the keypad was very easy since part of our group arrived around midnight and the other half at 5:30am. We visited some of the places featured in the binder that was provided and can't wait to stay here again!

Besides the coffee bar, the soft towels, great smelling shower toiletries, the yard area was so perfect for relaxing. i wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back. The condo has just about everything you could possibly need.

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

It was quiet, private, clean, much more space than a hotel room, with a nice kitchenette and dining area...just perfect for what we needed. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with a coded door. Parking was private and right next to the little house. We had a wonderful stay.

Mike’s place was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! So happy we found this listing and will be remembering it for next year! We highly recommend for a couple looking for a getaway to the beach! Thank you so much Mike!

Pictures do not do it justice. Absolute beautiful location on the beach in the condo is beautiful. Furniture is comfortable and the day was wonderful. They keep the place immaculately clean matched by the immaculate clean condo. I will definitely stay here again when I come back this way.

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

Loved staying at this cottage. It’s spacious inside, cozy and has everything you need. When we walked in there was soft music playing. Easiest drive to the beach and you get to cross the bridges each time which is so fun. I would love to come back here

Our stay at Soundside Paradise was exactly that! A Beautiful home perfectly situated on the sound with an amazing view. We saw dolphins, crabs, fish, turtles, and a large heron one night! Robert is a wonderful host, and responds quickly. Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely return! It was absolutely perfect!

My family of 6 stayed here for 6 nights, and we absolutely LOVED it! There were snacks waiting for the kids which they loved after a 12 hour car drive lol, and everything was as she described. Lots of toys and games for kids, all the beach things you'd need. even fish nets for the kiddos to go crabbing with. Carolyn does a great job keeping the condo stocked with anything you might need during your stay! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and fishing docks across the street when we needed a break from the beach. We've done busy beaches, and the calmness of this private beach was also great! I highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling with kids! There is a huge difference in this condo and one that is corporate owned. Carolyn adds a lot of personal touches that we all really appreciated!

The property was as described. Great view of the canal out to the bay, and close to several places to eat and visit. The property was very clean and we had no issues during our visit. No issues whatsoever, and would recommend to anyone looking to spend time on the gulf.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and early summer… It was right across the street from the beach! Could not have been more convenient and they had a lot of of necessary accessories for the beach – umbrellas, beach, chairs, and even a beach cart. The room size was perfect for just the two of us and it even had a little patio out back. Cute and cozy decor. We loved it and would definitely go back!
