Situated on the first floor of an 11th Century Sarassine tower, where the original round shaped stone walls and wooden beams are combined with modern conveniences, our apartment with its sea view terrace offers a unique and cosy stay for your holidays.

The studio is in a residence, on the second floor with lift, has an independent entrance, and is for 2 or 4 people. It has private parking. It is located at 130 avenue de l'Ange Gardien. It has a living room with kitchen, table with 4 chairs, and sofa bed (for two), a separate room with bunk bed (for two), an aisle with wardrobes, and a bathroom, with toilet, tub with shower, and sink. There are TV, boiler, oven, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, fan, and electric heating.

Located in the middle of Nice in a quiet neighborhood. However, there may be a little noise at night. We are in the center of Nice! A few steps from the beaches, Place Massena and Old Nice! You can make the most of your vacation! Late check-ins are no problem! However, after 8 p.m. a supplement of 20 euros will be payable on site and 30 euros from 10 p.m.
