The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes away from the dwelling . The air conditioning is no longer working.

The villa is located between Monaco (6km) and Nice on the famous hiking trail Frédéric Nietzsche, perched above the sea, just below the restaurant "La chêvre d'or" of Eze Village. Because the villa is in the middle of a natural park, you have to walk 10 minutes downhill to get there (or 20 minutes to go up) but the scenery is so striking that you will do it with pleasure. we will provide you a card for free private parking at village

Relax in this quirky, tranquil space. A nice wooden hut surrounded by greenery, combining all the comforts for 2 people. A true haven of peace in a cocooning interior suitable for nature lovers. An enchanted break a few hundred meters from the historic village of Carros, at the foot of the mountains, close to Nice and 20 minutes from the seaside. The village supermarket is 900 m away and offers local products, bread and pastries.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin among the trees in the cool and quiet, between my house and a trailer. You can wash the old-fashioned way with a bowl and a pitcher of water, or you have a cold outdoor shower with a water reserve behind the cabin. There is no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to your cabin €6/pers and evening basket €15 per pers or dinner €24 on reservation, payment only in cash.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked for the dates you want, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an option, there is a private spa in a cave 50 m from the chalet, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours of access.

Suspended cabin studio

This sunny wooden cabin is equipped with large openings that let natural light inside and a large terrace. Fully equipped. You can also enjoy the pool on weekdays (Monday to Friday) with the owner's agreement. Private parking is available for your use. 2 very nice cats occupy the garden. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

La Petite Briande

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis tucked into the edges of the legendary Mougins village. Set within terraced gardens, you will be able to relax at this comfortable cabin, enoy the spacious deck with seating and bbq, and still walk into the centre of the villagewith all its bars, restaurants and museums in under 5 minutes.
