Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay was very nice, first of all with a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for hosting us and giving us good tips for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for another stay.

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Erika & Gio not only have an incredible place exactly as described, but are great hosts. They offer great recommendations and are friendly and welcoming. Their AirBnB is perfectly located in Antibes and a great place for a relaxing stay and centrally located to explore the coasts. We will be staying here again if we come back to Antibes and can’t recommend it enough.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Fantastically cozy house high up in the mountains. The house has EVERYTHING you need in terms of equipment, both in the kitchen, for the children, in the bathrooms and so on. Very comfortable. We really felt at home! The house is equipped with A/C in the two bedrooms + one in the living room, right by the stairs up to the third bedroom. Even on a longer stay like ours (3 weeks) there was nothing we lacked. Magali and her family are super sweet and welcoming. We got many good local recommendations - both some we sought out ourselves and some Magali sent us. If you dream of mountain idyll, with plenty of time to play with the kids and/or pool fun, spiced with a wonderful view, this is the house for you! 👏🏻

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Another great stay at Milena and Nicole's! 2nd stay for us here and we really fell in love with the village of Tourette and this house full of authenticity. The terrace is a place you can't get tired of, the view is really incredible. The house is very clean and you feel at home. I can't imagine not coming back…

The listing is even better than in the description. It is really suitable for children (high chair, baby bed, games, books, potty, baby dishes...) and it is rare to have so much available in an accommodation: breakfast (bread, nutella, nespresso capsule) and bathroom (shampoos, hair care, soaps, and even toothpaste!) everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic week in the tastefully decorated house with garden surrounded by trees and shrubs. Beds are fine, spacious kitchen, nice bathroom with washing machine. The house is very quiet but close to many beautiful villages and cities like Cannes and Nice. You can also walk nearby. In short, a nice base.

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The peaceful surroundings, waking up to the sound of birds singing each morning was the perfect way to start the day. The flat itself was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. The views were stunning, every detail was thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The pool is ideal for young children, while ours were just a bit too old (11&9) for its size, they absolutely loved the Jacuzzi instead. Our hosts, Clément and Laetitia, were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We were delayed due to a long drive, but they stayed in touch throughout the day and made sure our late arrival went smoothly. The location was ideal for our visit to the Monaco F1, just 35 minutes to the Parking des Salines and then a 15 minute walk to the track. Close enough to enjoy the buzz of the event, but far enough away to escape the chaos and relax. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. We highly recommend this Airbnb

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. For a couple and children, it has enough space, but probably too little for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them over the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WiFi have nothing

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how incredible our stay at Julie’s place was. The villa exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, with great views and a private swimming pool. What truly made the experience special was Julie herself. She was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and gave us some truly helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. We were a group of six, including two toddlers, and every one of us had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for families, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious villa in Colle-sur-loup, that is 45 minutes away from Nice, Cannes, Monaco — look no further. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
