Beach house vacation rentals in Nice

Absolutely phenomenal view from the Villa! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to it but it sure is worth it. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

We spent 11 days in the fantastic villa and can recommend it without reservation! 100% great! The house is well-maintained, the layout is great and the outdoor area is very well-maintained. The view is the absolute highlight - a dream! You can sit on the terrace for hours and never get enough of this view. Parking right by the house is tight, but you can easily stand below the house and reach the villa via steps. The train connection is also great, which is really recommended for excursions! Communication with the host was straightforward, she was very attentive and gave us great tips for restaurants! Thank you again!

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great stay for our family. With 3 bedrooms, it comfortably slept 6. Everything was clean and well cared for. Lise was very helpful if we had questions, and helped us get checked in. The kitchen is small but well equipped for simple cooking. The view of the harbor was also something to be enjoyed from the front windows. We could walk to a beach or to the outdoor market in relatively short time. We had a very memorable stay!

We have just returned from a few great days in Charlotte’s wonderful house. Charlotte was an outstanding host who couldn’t have been more helpful prior to and during our visit. Her flexibility in check in and check out times and the local information she provided to us prior to our visit was particularly helpful. The availability of a garage was very useful for one of our party who drove to the accommodation. The well kept, spacious house and garden were beautiful and the air con was great. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. We had a fantastic time in Nice and we would highly recommend staying here to future visitors. It is a stunning place if you know what you are looking for. We absolutely enjoyed the stay and Nathalie is a great host. That said a few things to take note before you book: 1. Most Uber drivers won’t take you up there if they don’t have a mini car, and if you indeed drive please get a smaller car if you are not a stellar driver. Road is steep and most part only allows one car to pass; 2. Pack light, the stairs going up the hill are no easy job when you have to carry more than one checked bag; 3. Pack your bug spray if you want to enjoy a bit of out door time during late spring / summer time. Mosquitoes will eat you alive if you are not prepared. We are not well prepared so really can’t use the nice outdoor terrace; 4. Only has 1 detergent POD and 2 dishwasher pods. If you book longer than 2/3 nights.

Nice, renovated apartment. The location was ok, it was walkable to beach as well as train station--a little bit of a hike but certainly doable even with young children. A reserved, suitable parking spot was provided, even for an American driver like myself not used to these tight spaces! This was great considering an urban environment such as this. Hosts were very responsive and were able to accommodate me with an early check in and were communicating with me late at night-- they really helped me out of a jam I had experienced with a different airbnb. Overall a good experience.

If you like beauty and traditional French decor, Terra Cotta is aesthetic perfection! Jeanne is super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend two weeks in the Côte d’Azur.

We had a fantastic girls' trip to Cagnes-sur-Mer! What a lovely place - charming, quiet and full of French atmosphere. The house is located just above a cozy bookstore and is both nice, practical and full of soul. The host was incredibly helpful, came up with many good tips for sights and helped us understand how we could easily get around the area. We loved the proximity to both the beach and public transport, which made it easy to explore the rest of the Riviera. An extra plus was the fantastic French bakery and the small fruit shop nearby – fresh croissants and fresh tomatoes every morning really made the stay complete. Thank you very much for a memorable stay - we have had a great time and are returning home with full hearts and many good memories from Cagnes-sur-Mer.

La Tropezzienne was outstanding. Great location and layout! Great restaurants, cafes and transportation is close by. We traveled with a family of 5 including 3 teenagers, everyone had personal space with plenty of common space to enjoy together. We had dinner in and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Ivan and Chery were perfect hosts. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Beautiful house and stay! Highly recommend and would return. Just for awareness, the third bedroom (sofa beds) doesn’t have an AC unit but there is a fan. WiFi works well and given that the house is older there can be some dust but it’s worth it to be in such a beautiful space with great character! Thank you Fox Keys!!!

Gorgeous property, beautiful and comfortable home. Location perfect! No parking on site only because the villa isn’t accessible by car, but it’s a short walk to the parking lots, so not too much trouble.

Great place! Clean and quiet. Pool was a bonus.
