Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nice

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

We had a great time at Elisabeth and Clinton's. Very well received, we were surprised to see how impeccable the room was. We were independent, from the entrance to the accommodation to breakfast, thanks to all the little touches left in the room, it was just perfect! I highly recommend this accommodation and personally thank Elisabeth and Clinton for this incredible service that is well worth the price :). Happy hosting!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

I loved this place, it was peaceful and had amazing views. You could see the different boats/yachts and planes passing through and spectacular sunsets from the spacious balcony. It was difficult to get up in the mornings or leave the apartment with how comfortable and beautiful the views were. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Benoit and my contact for the airbnb, Johan, were very responsive, helpful and kind, I felt right at home. This is one of the best areas to stay at in Nice, and I highly recommend it.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Ideal location for what we needed. A base to use for access to Monte Carlo without the astronomical prices. A 10 minute walk from the beach and sea front. Several local restaurants nearby. Check in instructions were only given upon arrival at the front door. These should have been sent before this - maybe 24 hours in advance. Very clean, pretty decor, comfortable bed, fully equipped and a pleasantly large balcony.

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at your home. Thank you. The beautify decorated place with comfortable beds and furniture made us feel right at home. Thank you for sharing your beach towels with us, it made our beach trips much more enjoyable. Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

It was your home away from home! The walk from the bus stop to the house was a bit of an uphill climb, but I quickly got used to it for going out once or twice a day. The house was spacious and pleasant as shown in the photos, and the bathroom was spacious and nice! The view from the terrace is so cool.

The apartment is very warm, very clean and very conveniently located! We had a great time in Avignon!!

Pitch-perfect experience! The place is cute, tidy, and excellently located. Exactly as in pictures and description. Our communication was with Görkem, who was impeccable throughout. Great communication and a very nice person. Was there to greet us and maintained communication throughout to make sure everything went smoothly. A month before our travel, I had requested an early check-in, and I planned to write as the date approached to see if it was possible. No need - Görkem had kept it in mind and promptly contacted me to confirm that it was. This is the level of attention to detail you will get by booking with them.

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
