Quiet comfortable heart of Nice 2 steps to beach

From our entrance you need only cross the Promenade Anglais to reach the beach (less than 100m). Built in 1925 'stucco'-style, the building today stands in a flowered courtyard screened from the buzzing traffic of the Promenade. You will sleep undisturbed here.
