Condo vacation rentals in Nice

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

Very comfortable accommodation. It's more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Small, perfect for a couple of 2, maximum 3 people if a family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

Great little apartment next to the beach. Short walk to shops/cafes/bars and the old city. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful week with Marie-Jo in her apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every one magical!! The apartment is a 45-55 minute walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. However, there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰

We loved the apartment! Fab location, very clean, very secure. Brilliant having secure parking also. Great location in between Cannes and Nice. Communication with Kevin & Mathieu excellent. Mathieu's welcome very comprehensive and friendly. Fantastic shower in the bathroom!! Lovely, spacious balcony. Beautiful roof top pool with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend this stay and would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely perfect! Even better than expected We were blown away by how stunning this place was. The apartment is beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and thoughtful details throughout. It felt like a luxury retreat. The outdoor space is lovely, with a beautiful terrace and hot tub. The location could not be better. It is just steps from the beach and a very short walk to the train station, which made it incredibly easy to explore the South of France. The port is right across the street, offering even more convenience for getting to gorgeous nearby destinations. We also really enjoyed the local restaurants, many of which are just a few minutes away on foot. This stay truly exceeded all of our expectations, and we will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Had a great week. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and in walking distance from shopping areas, train station and the beach promenade. The host was great, flexible and nice.

This is one of those places where you get what you pay for: it is in a great location (convenient to train station; great views; above the promenade in the heart of old town); it is a great unit (very clean; all rooms were very spacious; and surprisingly really nice artwork throughout); and the host Jonathan was everything you would want (he was very responsive; provided clear instructions; and was very pleasant to communicate with). We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Viellefranche.

Valérie’s accommodations were amazing. She provided a well rounded and welcoming check-in. Her garden and pool were immaculate. Plenty of space in the flat to enjoy time, but with her garden/pool and beautiful Nice right outside I can’t say we spent much time inside. This was our first time in France and Valérie offered great local recommendations and help navigating around. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great apartment very nice view

This place is stunning and perfect for relaxing. Ekaterina and her husband are helpful and very friendly. The house was recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a massive pool and all the amenities you might need. Local shop is only 2 min away by car, and 15 min away to Nice city centre which is very convenient. I'd definitely be staying here again.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Overall a highly recommendable place to stay while in Nice, Old-Town! Extremely convenient, spacious, well equipped - even when traveling with a baby - and the hosts made it really easy from check-in to check-out. I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Hansee is what you want in a host; hospitable, friendly and very responsive. The property has a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It's actually a quiet location given it's up on a hill and about 2 blocks away from the many restaurants & shops. We rented a car and it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest parking lot, Parking Palais and Nice Azur. Since there is no street parking in the streets surrounding this area you must bring your luggage and groceries up the hill, which can be taxing. We found this to be the only downside. The host and the space is 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Nice! The space was stylish, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better. It was just steps from the beach, the Old Town, and amazing restaurants. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Our host was also outstanding, extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for a couple and a single travelling together. Very clean and well appointed. Anna was amazing, I left behind my laptop charger , I contacted Anna and she offered without hesitation to bring it to Antibes for me. I will pay for her trouble , even though she said no need to. Fabulous above and beyond service. The position was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the tram station, but also easy walking distance to Old town and city centre, the Promenade was great fun for walking and watching everyone from our deck. The apartment is on the 4 th floor, but fabulous to have a lift for lugging suitcases. Kirsten the owner, was great communicator also. Would highly recommend.

This place is perfectly magical and Melina is a brilliant host. Thoughtful details and carefully curated surroundings in the perfect location for a walkable city make this the best place in town. A perfect couple of days and a wonderful host leave me feeling grateful and joyful.
