Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nice

Really nice place especially for the price! We were very happy and would come back! Ronny was really friendly and told us local restaurants and accommodated for our needs. He was very clear with communications. Definitely recommend this place!!

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft um hauptsächlich Rennrad zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Wir haben das Hauptbett und das Bettsofa verwendet. Das ging sehr gut und wir haben beide sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben jeden Abend selber gekocht und auch gefrühstückt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten an Küchenutensilien. Ein Highlight war die Dachterasse. Da in der Nachbarschaft Wiesen und Bäume vorhanden sind gab es verschiedene Vogelarten zu beobachten. Sogar grüne Kanarienvögel! Die Kommunikation per Airbnb-Nachricht verlief einwandfrei mit Delphine. Wir waren etwas überrascht, wie nahe ein dreistöckiges Haupthaus an das kleine Häuschen gebaut war. Es ist ca. 3mm von der Hauptfensterfront des Häuschens entfernt und auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich . Das Haus war aber auch schatten-spendend. Gerade für die Essenszeiten draussen war dies sehr angenehm. Der Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite des Haupthauses. Die Poollandschaft lädt sehr zum verweilen ein.

Sebastien and Sam were excellent hosts who showed great attention to ensuring we had a wonderful stay in Nice! The apartment was very clean and exactly like the pictures and it is in the perfect location for visiting the area! Highly recommend!

Virginie is a great host. she greeted us personally at the appartment. helped us with our luggage. gave a quick tour of the appartment and appliances. made us feel right at home. and then she was back to say goodbye to us when we were checking out 3 days later. the appartment is just as described. has all the mentioned facilities. it's a 10-15 minutes walk to the Promenade (maybe we walk slowly) or the old city or Massena Plaza. Very convenient for access to all the sights. the free parking in the appartment building helped a lot so we could use our rental car to drive around the town, as well as visit eze, villefrench and monaco easily. I would surely recommend Virginie's appartment to all.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. It was modern and the bed was very comfortable. Great location and great views. The apartment is just steps from lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk and just a short journey to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes. We had a lovely relaxing stay and we would certainly stay here again

Our stay at Florence’s was beautiful. The studio is absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated, bright, and comfortable. Florence and her friend who welcomed us were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und wir haben den Balkon bei schönem Wetter genossen! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und ideal, da wir alles zu Fuß machen konnten. 😃 Auch kann man schnell zum Hauptbahnhof gehen ( ca. 5 Minuten), um sich andere Städte anzuschauen. Leo ist ein toller Gastgeber und alles hat super geklappt! Herzlichen Dank! Wir würden definitiv diese Wohnung wieder buchen!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

Had a lovely stay at Estelle's apartment. The apartment has a nice terrace, well stocked kitchen, and overall looks just like pictured. It's centrally located, with nearby restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and within walking distance to Jean-Médecin avenue and Nice-Ville train station. Could not have asked for a better stay when visiting Nice!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Asunto oli erittäin siisti, mukava ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Parasta oli asunnon erinomainen sijainti lähellä rantaa, linnakukkulaa (la Colline du Château) ja vanhan kaupungin ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Katu on kuitenkin hiljainen, joten yöt sai nukkua rauhassa. Portaat asuntoon ovat kapeat, joten älä ota reissuun mukaan isointa mahdollista matkalaukkua 😉 Murielle oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias sekä ennen vierailua että sen aikana! Suosittelemme👍🏽 5/5

Angie's place was great! Me and my sister met her and her husband at the beginning when we arrived and she was super friendly and accommodating. Her place had all the amenities listed, the area it was in was walking distance from a lot of thing like groceries, shops, beach etc., she reassured us that the area is safe for women and it is a gated accommodation. All you need to do is ask and she will make it happen☺️ I would recommend her place and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you again Angie!

This apartment is spacious and really lovely. I loved the location. I have always stayed in the old central part of town, but I loved the tranquil vibe of this neighborhood. It was so peaceful to sit on our porch in the evening. The walk to restaurants and the train was great exercise. Highly recommend.

Liebe Frederique und lieber Olivier, wir vermissen eure schöne und charaktervolle Wohnung jetzt schon! Acht Tage Nizza schienen uns lang, waren aber viel zu kurz. Gern würden wir viel länger eintauchen in die spannende und freundliche Nachbarschaft und in die faszinierende Architektur der Stadt. Und am Wasser spazieren gehen, mit einem Glas Wein am Strand sitzen, das gute Essen in kleinen Restaurants genießen... Nizza sieht uns auf jeden Fall wieder und wenn wir Glück haben, auch eure Wohnung :) Danke euch beiden für die immer schnelle und präzise Kommunikation und Olivier für's Abholen an der Tram-Station, für den Koffer-Service im Treppenhaus(!!) und die Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber!
