Very nice place for my husband and I anniversary. We had a lovely time.

We stayed at Melissa's Gainesville home to celebrate a UF graduation. The home was perfect for us, very nicely decorated and had a well-apppointed kitchen for meals in. Our grandson, 6 months, was visiting and .Melissa's home boasted a convenient pack & play and lots of toys to keep him entertained. Our dog was very comfy here as well and enjoyed exploring the yard. The home is located on a somewhat busy street, however noise was minimal from inside the home. Quiet neighborhood too. We would definitely stay here again, much thanks!

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

Fabulous stay! 🌊easy walk to the beach - just a straight shot down the road, or a quick 1 min drive. Parking is free and easy to access. Perfect beach if you find it difficult to walk long distances. 🍔everything you need in the kitchen - French press, drip, or k-cup ( loved having options), plenty of cooking items and even a rice cooker (hallelujah!), friendly little grill on the back patio 😍 🛋️ comfortable bed and blow up mattress, space to move around and not feel cramped, luxurious towels (and plenty of them!), seating in the front and more private seating on the back patio (perfect for cooler weather) 🚿nice amenities like a bathrobe, robust shower head and water gets properly hot, and an outdoor beach shower to wash off sand/shells 🖼️beach decor - lovely paintings and plenty of beach decor with a lovely ocean color scheme, bright rooms and open spaces makes for a restful and cheerful stay 👭🕺🏻hosts are friendly and so very thoughtful ☀️🌴everything good at this stay!

I found this place and knew it would be special. Arriving it exceeded my expectations! It's so spacious, feels cozy but so much room to be. The back porch is absolutely a dream! We spent morning drinking coffee and evenings doing puzzles. The neighborhood was so easily walkable and we loved seeing the different homes and boat launch right down the road! I will definitely be back!!

The place was beautiful, perfect for couples. Very quit neighborhood and out of the way and everything like the beach, restaurants, gift shops, and amazing views so close by 20 min max. Overall amazing definitely booking again!

We have travelled to this area for years and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Gorgeous house, plenty of space for our big family. We had a blast with the golf cart, E-bikes and video games. Beach chairs were in excellent condition. House was beautifully decorated. My only complaint is they made us leave , I could have stayed forever LOL . Even accommodated a late check out. Communication is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers . Thanks Darin for the best Mother’s Day a mom could have.

The place is located on a very lushly landscaped property. The long dock calls you out to it. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. Perfect place to rent a boat, fish. and spend time outdoors with family.

Christine was amazing! From the moment we booked, she was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and had tons of great recommendations. The house was absolutely gorgeous—just as described, and even better in person. It was peaceful, relaxing, and perfectly located—close to everything we needed. We had such a memorable time kayaking and were lucky enough to see dolphins! We also spotted wild boars nearby, which was a fun surprise. The home was not only perfect for our honeymoon, but our dogs had an absolute blast too. Christine went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. So accommodating and thoughtful! We can confidently say we’ll be staying here every single time we come to Florida. Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable!

Rhi’s home was spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with an amazing back yard area and pool. Beautiful tiki hut and dock on the canal. Definitely a must stay. We will be back.

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

The house was extremely clean. There was lots to do during downtime of doing things in the area. Super relaxing. Would book again!

I have rented multiple properties from Airbnb and Katarzyna was the best host I’ve ever had to work with. She’s extremely friendly, quick response and her home was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. For the cost you are paying and what you are getting you’re definitely getting a steal! I have family near Palm Coast and we will definitely be staying here again. The house is clean, easy to find and the neighborhood is quiet. If you are looking for a friendly host and nice house look no further!

Area was peaceful with short drives to wonderfully recommended places. The place was homey and relaxing. The pool was an awesome bonus. Very easy check in and host was very responsive!

4 related families from 4 states converged to celebrate a graduation. The house fit us like a glove. Every family had their own space and the ample kitchen and living areas gave us plenty of elbow room. The cherry on top was the pool. We spent hours everyday lazing around, catching up from our time apart and making new memories. A 5-year old turned into a fish! The couple of questions we had were immediately answered. Cassandra is a wonderful hostess and that matches her beautiful property. We had a blast! Our most sincere thanks!
