Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, close to restaurants, dining, and family-friendly activities. This house is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We charge an additional $125.00 pet fee - make sure when you are booking include the pet as a guest. Airbnb will add the $ 125.00 to the reservation. Walton County and the State of Florida have a tourist tax. We have a minimum stay of 6 nights in June and July. Groups must be 25 years of age or older.

Dog Friendly, 1 Bdr 1 Bath, Private Beach & Pool

Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.

We also provide beach chairs, beach cart and beach towels. There is a pet fee of $75.00 we allow 2 dogs
