Vacation rentals with lake access in Florida

We had an amazing stay at Brianna’s place, my son accidentally put the hot tub in eco mode and she was on top of it in under 5 minutes with the instructions on how to correct it, she is super responsive and a joy to communicate with,the place was super clean and had everything to start you off with a great stay, if we ever head back to Melrose we will definitely book with her again.

The entire house was incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable to the privacy fencing outside to the art on the walls. The more we explored the house the more we realized that the owners literally thought of everything when designing and furnishings the home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Can't wait for my next visit

My family vacation at Ever After was wonderful and all 15 of us had a great time. We celebrated the birthdays of 3 of my 7 grandchildren. Each loved getting a chance to decide what we would do on their special day. Of all the activities that were offered, we enjoyed many, but ended up mostly lounging around and in the pool and spa. We all had fun on the pool slide but the kids were obsessed with it, riding it over and over again all day long. The themed bedrooms were impressive and the details that went into decorating them were amazing! Just to clarify for anyone thinking of booking a stay, the main house with the pool is a few minutes walk from the guest houses and the bedrooms are split between the 2 guest houses. We all really enjoyed watching movies in the theater room but would have liked to watch a few on the outdoor screen. The mosquitoes were bad even with the sprays and candles we used to keep them away so we didn't do much outside at night. Thanks, Andrew, for everything.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was something for everyone from 2 years old to 72. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Romy was proactive and checked on us but the setup was so well executed we wanted for nothing. We saw iguanas, owls, and bunnies. Sunsets were beautiful. The pool area had space for all. We will be back!

Great place for our family to enjoy a peaceful weekend! The house was wonderful & stocked great. Our kids loved being about to kayak all day then jump in the pool. Close to a bunch of springs too! We will be back!!

Perfection! Had an absolute blast and time to relax. The Cottage was even better than advertised. Clean, quaint, cozy, everything we needed. Aaron was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Host had much needed chilled wine and snacks upon arrival. There is also a “book” of suggested restaurants, shops, and activities, which we did several of and were not disappointed. Already looking at book g again…. We did not want to leave.

This was a beautiful place for my friends and I to stay for a girls trip. It was peaceful, clean and location was nice. Pool area in the back was our favourite part! Would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future

This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed had all the amenities and necessities. Things like toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, detergent. It was very nice to get in late and not have to worry about having to try and get things first thing in the morning. We will be back!

Everything was excellent, highly recommended, the communication was on point, the location, the cleanliness, everything was perfect, I would recommend it without any problem and I would use it again if I return.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jared's place! It looked exactly like the photos, very clean, and included all the basics needs (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods). The location was ideal, as our main goal was Legoland but we wanted to explore Orlando's attractions as well. It's also the perfect location for Disney travelers, though we didn't go there on this trip. Jared was an excellent host! Proactive and prompt in communication and appreciative of feedback. When asking my son what I should include he shared, "I had a huge, comfy bed all to myself!" (Referencing the sofa bed.) I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

This is the best little find! So peaceful and relaxing - you can walk along the water and see dolphins and manatees, sit on the dock and watch the space launches, and come home to the cutest little place. My dog and I spent more than a week here and loved every minute. Plus - super duper clean, the hosts are wonderful, and there's absolutely anything you need in the house - great use of the space. I can't recommend this place enough!

Very quaint and clean place! Kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything you could need and the bed was super comfortable! We were able to check in early as well, as the host was very accommodating for an early check in since it was available. This is located right in the heart of Destin, so everything was within 5-10 minutes of our stay. Will definitely look forward to future stays here!

We absolutely adored this place! It was so peaceful during the day, and while you might hear an occasional airboat or see someone fishing, the boat traffic was pretty light, especially since the water level was lower than usual, according to our friendly neighbor. We were aware that there were gators around, but we never spotted any—they apparently like to keep a low profile during the day! My favorite spot in the house was definitely the sun porch. While my little one was napping, I loved grabbing my coffee and a good book to relax in my comfy little "nook." The rest of the family enjoyed their time by the water and on the dock, catching fish and making great memories. We can’t wait to come back! Dennis and Debra were excellent hosts. The little cottage was so cute and my dogs and I felt right at home. I had a chance to meet Dennis and he was very friendly and attentive. The location is great and near restaurants, a grocery store and Homosassa Springs State Park. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

This was such a fun place to stay! From the time we checked in, we felt right at home! The home is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s in a nice area with plenty of places to shop and eat within a few miles. Kristin was very responsive with anything we needed and made this trip much more enjoyable! We did a ton of fishing off of the private dock and had a lot of luck with some good sized bass! You won’t be disappointed when you book this place. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. Private neighborhood but not far from attractions. Jocelyn and Jared were very kind, helpful and provided quick responses. The home had everything we needeed. We loved the pool and Florida room the most. We enjoyed being able to bring our pup along as well. Would definitely come back again!

Great hidden little gem! William has the place packed with everything you need for a quick get away trip! From kayaks, to crock pots. We even got a friendly visit from one of the baby alligators. Only thing i can suggest is making the house address numbers a little more visible from the road! And for other guest, make sure to shut the Florida room to help keep the place nice and cool. Thanks for the great stay!

The place was comfortable and clean including the beds. Big lawn with a peaceful view from most windows and beautiful screened in porch. Bummer the water heater isn’t big enough to fill the big bath tub.
