Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lazio

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.

A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

Great location! Close to the subway and a very quiet area! The host was always very friendly and accessible with check-in and check-out times! The space had everything we needed!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Our second stay at Raffaella's place. We love the location which is close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and Metro stations. It is on third floor in back of the building so it is very quiet at night - good for sleeping. If you want to stay in this area of Rome, I would highly recommend.

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was super comfy and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Stefano was an amazing host! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—picking us up from the airport and taking the time to show us key spots in the area for transport, food, and more. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The area itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and just a short, accessible trip from the heart of Rome. The locals were warm and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very well located accommodation, everything is within walking distance. Paolo welcomed us very warmly and shared his knowledge of the history of Rome. No complaints, we can only recommend this accommodation.

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Francesco's house for 2 days. It's a little difficult for a first-time visitor to Rome to find, but I think I'll find it here if I visit Rome again. 1. Service: Francesco is really kind. He always responded quickly to the messages I sent, and when I talked about what I needed, he took care of it right away. 2. Clean and nice house: The house was so beautiful and had an old-fashioned charm. It was also very clean and all the items were neatly arranged. In addition, it is a very large space where up to 5 people can stay comfortably. 3. Nearby restaurants: I visited a restaurant called Lo Sgobbone Da Pippo, which was a 5-minute walk away, and it was fantastic. If you want to experience a local restaurant, I highly recommend it.

Annalisa's place was a gem. Great location. Very close to the Duomo. We loved staying in Orvieto and at Annalisa. The apartement was very clean and very spacious with a nice big bathroom. Communication was interesting, sometime challenging, but we made it work. Annalisa is very friendly and she gave us a lot of advices as to what to see and do in Orvieto and around. A nice breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Parking was easy and once there, we walked all around this beautiful medieval town.

Orietta is a great host! She was accommodating of our end of day check in and before breakfast check out. The space was beautiful and clean, and right next to the beach! I wish we had more time here and had been able to join everyone for breakfast, but we loved the space for the evening we had and would stay here again. Totally recommend

The location is really very, very good, just about 5 minutes walk from the Vatican Museum, two or three minutes walk from the subway station, undoubtedly brings great convenience to travel.There are many delicious authentic Italian restaurants and gelato nearby, which is very convenient.The room is bright and comfortable, the hygiene is good, it is very clean, and it makes people feel at ease.Most importantly, the area is safe and secure for women traveling alone, which is the most important consideration.

Great location and service, no hassle. Location and building provides an authentic Italian experience, walkable to all of Romes sites!
