The dock & steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available subject to river flow. This usually requires they be removed in October - April/early May, when flow increases. Well-equipped kitchen & smart TV. 12% Sonoma "Hotel" Tax is collected by AirBnB. We’re a "No Shoes" cabin; please remove shoes by the bench near the front door. We can’t do a check-in/out on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.

This turn of the century cabin is located in arguably the best neighborhood on the Russian River with direct river access via a seasonal dock and a neighborhood sandy beach.
