Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Rio

We had a lovely stay at the property. The photos on the app are nice, but simply cannot do it justice until you see it for yourself. Did I mention the delightful aroma of wood as it is an actual restored barn (wish for that to last forever). The owner did not miss a thing when it came to providing a welcoming space to stay away from home. The property is vast and you can enjoy a bit of nature and beautiful landscapes. It is near enough to drive to dozens of wonderful restaurants, hiking spots, spas, and wineries. I only had one concern prior to booking that my partner who is 6’3 may bump his head on the low part of the ceilings. Turns out, he was the first to say how cozy and happy he was with the unit. Adding, “Im cautious everywhere and bump my head often” 😹.. We live in the Bay Area and have stayed many places, and this one is a standout. Book your stay! You will be pleased and have lovely photos of sunsets and scenic backgrounds.

Super convenient for family to stay while visiting in the area. Busy timeshare location, but very quiet at night.

We had a wonderful time at Megan's airbnb. The house has a cozy warmth to it (in addition to the great view). After long hikes around the various trails during the day, our family enjoyed the evenings chilling in the cozy family room watching the sun set and listening to some old LP records that this house has 😊

Upon entering the gate, we were warmly welcomed by Luther on arrival. “Look for the red doors!” we said as they were easily spotted off to the side. Quickly, we unpacked our things and threw them inside so we could walk around the property but then we realized we were outnumbered… By the amount of animals! So many lovely horses, goats, sheep, pigs, roosters, chickens and dogs were happily roaming the grounds. The rooms were very comfortable as well. I didn’t even have to turn the AC on! I wish we could stay longer. Keeping you in mind anytime I’m in this area again!

If Santa Rosa is your location, look no further. I could not ask for more in every respect. I would definitely come back.

We had a really nice time staying at Stacey’s. She was a really attentive host and checked in on us often. There was an issue with the toilet that she had resolved immediately. When we arrived we had a lovely conversation about the area and things to do on our off time from the seminar we were in Santa Rosa for. Thank you for everything!

A comfortable home and private setting within an established neighborhood. Just minutes to downtown Guerneville by car and the river is a short walk. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully put together. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day. I appreciate the quick responses to my messages and questions.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious for family of seven. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet. The side patio is a nice place for a morning coffee with a scenic view of the ocean and the hills. I would enjoy coming back to this house again.

David was so kind and left us with a well stocked, clean, lovely home. A quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck looking out at the coastal range. We loved the hot tub, so relaxing. We saw a mother fox with her three kits playing for several minutes. Since it was spring, a lovely chorus of birds greeted us every morning with their beautiful songs. If we needed anything David was just a phone call away. Thankfully we didn't anything, because if we forgot something, the house was fully stocked. Thank you David.

Katherine’s place was just amazing to stay at. She literally had everything we could ask for, especially traveling with a toddler. The views from the home are great and lot a of good food a short drive away. We enjoyed hiking some near by trails and checking out some beautiful state parks

The tree house was beautiful! The check-in / check-out process felt streamlined and low pressure. The amenities were pro-active and thoughtful, including speakers, games, cleaning/household supplies, and shower amenities (including makeup towels). The scenery was breathtaking and the hot tub and porch made it perfect to enjoy all of it! The bedrooms were amazing and felt well laid out. Great amounts of storage in both closets. No detail was overlooked. Definitely check this place out! It's totally worth it!

This was a beautiful, fun, clean place to stay with our extended family. The unit was lovely, grounds were beautiful, and my kids loved the basketball court, pool, and hot tub. We would def stay again!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

We always enjoy the Windsor Worldmark. Great restaurants and wine bars in town. Also several breweries and distilleries in the area. The coast is not far. We always enjoy our stay. FYI check out here for 2025 is now at 11 o’clock. Not 10 o’clock.

Great big space and great kitchen and balcony. We were in for a family wedding, so didn't use the resort facilities or pools. we really only slept there and enjoyed the surrounding wineries. Would love to stay here for a week sometime! Appreciate that it was quiet and had spacious rooms and large beds. thank you, Fazlul. -Wilsons

Good location and nice for two couples. Check in was smooth and unit was as expected. Good experience. Communication was good. We had no issues.
