This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. You will love the way natural light floods the house, and the feeling of being out in nature even when you are inside. The house is open and spacious with outside decks for entertaining, and for enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful quiet. Set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6-8.
