Family Retreat: 3 Kings, Hot Tub, Pets Welcome!

CoreyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Dani was great. I arrived in Reno late night with my fiancé and we had another air bnb booked. Unfortunately there was problems and we were not able to stay at that air bnb. Desperately needing a place to stay and start the trip, I booked with Dani around 10pm who approved the request almost instantly. She was very friendly and a great host

Adorable 2-Bedroom Place With Indoor Fireplace

MorganRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We only stayed one night at a time on our trip down to California and back, despite one miscommunication, this place was perfect for what we needed and the host was great. It’s very charming and welcoming and the king bed to sleep on was wonderful after long travel days.

This was my second stay at this wonderful place, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations once again. It's clean, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable - everything you'd want for a relaxing getaway. The fact that I chose to return is the best proof of how great Doris’ place is.! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and you can really tell that she takes pride in creating a space that feels like home. Highly recommended, and I'm sure I'll be back again! Thank you with your flexibility at check-in to help us get to our event! I’m sure we will be back!

Desert Gold - A Midtown Treasure - Reno, NV

CarlyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Always a good place to stay with my dogs when I travel for work. Very clean and I love sitting on the front porch at the end of the day. Many nice walkable restaurants and bars. As a female that travels alone, not the safest place to walk alone. However, I bring my protective dog and have not had any issues.

Cozy House located near Downtown and Midtown

KirstiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was the perfect stay for our trip to Reno celebrating our son's graduation from UNR. Check in instructions were very easy, and anytime i had a question G responded extremely quickly. The main space was great and was nicer in person than it looked in the photos. i also really loved the location as it was extremely close to downtown but in a quaint quiet neighborhood. There was a little bit of clutter in the closets (blankets not folded super neatly, etc) but tucked away so easy to avoid. Overall it was a perfect home for exactly what we were looking for and G was a great host. Thank you!

Breathtaking Views on Riverwalk w/ Parking Options

MattRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Fantastic place to stay! Walking distance to some great restaurants and attractions. Great river view. One watch out (has nothing to do with the apartment): underground parking is very very tight. Alternatively you could consider parking across the river.

Views on the Reno Riverwalk. ❤️

Babu AnilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed there for memorial weekend and absolutely liked the apartment. It was spacious, clean and has everything to enjoy the stay. We liked the kitchen especially, it has utensils, spices, and very clean without any bad odour. The location is so close that you can walk to the downtown and enjoy the stroll along the Truckee river. We will definitely stay at this place if visiting Reno again. Thanks Mike for making the stay very comfortable.

Best Neighborhood in Reno!

CherylRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty much had everything we needed to do for a cook out dinner with the family. Jacuzzi got hot but the jets didn’t work but we still manage to enjoy our stay. I love that it is very pet friendly and they had doggy toys, pee pads, and doggy bowls available. Location is 15 minutes away from all the Casinos which wasn’t that bad of a distance. Great home to stay for a peaceful get away from the city life in the Bay Area.

Luxe Midtown Reno | Hot Tub & Summer Outdoor Movie

RyanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house is beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and super comfortable. The kitchen is incredible, and the whole-home Sonos system was a great bonus. The hot tub felt peaceful and private, and the outdoor movie setup was a perfect touch. The entire layout is well thought out; you really can’t ask for more. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the neighborhood is quiet and central to all of Reno. It's also a short walk to restaurants and shops, with downtown just a quick Uber ride (or a longer walk if you’re up for it). The host was responsive and check-in seamless, even when I texted early from the East Coast, they never left me hanging. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stylish Reno escape that makes you feel like a million bucks and local, stay here.

Merlin's place was so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great furniture, good view out to the horses and setting sun. The bed (There are two rooms) was insanely comfortable, slept so well. It feels remote but is so close to downtown. Like 4-5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Inviting Vintage Home w/ Garden Sanctuary-MIDTOWN

NathanielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jessica has a superb place in Rino. Her attention to detail which was amazing. She tried to think of things we might have needed and had them in the house for our comfort. She provided several recommendations about our stay, food and such. Her responses were prompt to any inquiries, generally within 30 mins. The beds were not generic hotel beds which are questionable and might end you with a back ache, these were real beds with good pillows that were pleasant to sleep on. She really deserves 6 stars for her place and her consideration of the guests coming (unfortunately 5 stars is the max rating.) One consideration if you stay, beware of the end of the school day. The parents will take up the most street parking in front the house waiting for their children and picking them up. However, the street parking was easy and empty outside of that time. Next time I am in Rino, I would absolutely chose her and her place again.

The Little Blue House

StacyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the best stay at Kristen and Jami’s cute little cottage. It was exactly as described and exuded even more charm than the photos. We traveled with our dog and she enjoyed the little fenced in yard. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb that was more comfortable and homey than this “Little Blue House”. We loved the warm messages we received from Kristen way before we checked in, and also enjoyed the welcoming flowers and beverages left on the table when we arrived. It made our stay all the more special. Unlike other rentals, Kristen wants your experience to be as carefree as possible which was evident by her hospitality and easy checkout procedures. (Just leave the key - that’s it!). No one does that! It was awesome! She also made several recommendations on dining and fun things to do while we were there. We definitely had the best time. Thanks so much Kristen and Jami!!

Your guide to Reno

All About Reno

For a place that calls itself the Biggest Little City in the World, Reno isn’t all that large. Measuring roughly 100 square miles in Nevada’s high desert, the midsize town punches well above its weight class, with world-class galleries and museums, of-the-moment restaurants, and an entertainment industry that feels quaint compared to Nevada’s other big tourist draw. And it all happens in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

To get your bearings, take a stroll down Reno’s Riverwalk, the heart of downtown, dotted with wine bars, bistros, clothing boutiques, and open spaces perfect for stretching out. Better yet, head to Truckee River Whitewater Park to dip your paddle in Class II rapids. For even more fun on the water, the glistening shores of Lake Tahoe are less than an hour away. One of the biggest and most beautiful lakes in the United States, Tahoe attracts visitors year-round to its sandy beaches and iconic ski resorts.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Reno

The Reno-Lake Tahoe region becomes a hub for skiing, snowboarding, and other cold-weather sports during the winter months. As the snow melts, the lush greenery and beautiful foliage take center stage. Spring is a great time to visit as the crowds have thinned out, making it easier to get vacation rentals in Reno. With so many warm-weather outdoor activities on offer in the late spring and summer, the city takes on a vibrant energy as people rush in to enjoy the hiking, paddling, and biking in the area.

A calmer atmosphere settles in during fall, making it an excellent time to explore Reno's rich nature as the leaves change from emerald green to a sea of red, orange, and yellow. And in October, Reno transforms into Little Italy, as a festival celebrating Italian culture brings live entertainment, a sauce-cooking competition, grape stomp, and an Italian-themed farmers’ market to town.
