Charming in-law retreat w/patio & scenic garden

Located in Oakland's scenic lower hills, the Airbnb is the downstairs of our house. It includes 1 spacious bedroom w/desk, a smaller bedroom with a double bed, & tv, a full bathroom, kitchen, & a small dining area. The private entrance from the back patio looks out over a spacious yard. Our neighborhood has tall trees, expansive green space, and is quiet, friendly & safe. A few minutes from Park Blvd.'s and Montclair's many cafes, it's even closer to the Dimond district's eateries & markets.

You’ll be in an exceptional Temescal neighborhood within walking distance of 3 distinct shopping/eating areas. A 10 min. walk to MacArthur BART station & minutes from major freeways. We’re bursting with nearby cafes, bookstores, movies, & shops. The guest suite is a street level unit below our house set up for self check-in. The ceiling of the space is low, so those 6’ or taller might not be comfortable. The guest suite is cozy & relaxing, informal & quiet. Courtyard seating is a real plus!
