This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.
