We are 15 minutes from Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Graton, Occidental, Guerneville, Santa Rosa, Windsor - so much fun to be had!

BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Our studio space is detached from our house, 460 sq. ft., including a bedroom area, living space, small food prep/eating area and clean, bright bathroom. Please, no perfume or cologne because of allergies. Thank you for understanding. Also there is NO TV in the Airbnb. We have great WiFi for streaming movies and there is a Multi screen movie theater just 2 blocks away. We are located in downtown Sebastopol, near great food, great wine, hiking, biking and more!

Our guest cottage is cozy, quiet, and quaint. A good place to unwind in a country setting. We are located only moments from fabulous restaurants and a vast selection of Russian River wineries. The beautiful Russian River is less than 1/4 mile away! With the new developments in the world we utilize a 24 inch UVC sterilization lamp. Your room will be fully sterilized prior to your arrival.
