Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Mario

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

We had a great experience at Giulia's beautiful and spacious apartment. It was clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated, quiet yet close enough to transit and good walks into the heart of the city. And Giulia was super helpful and communicative.

We had a fantastic week staying at Flavia’s place in Rome. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed from household essentials to thoughtful extras like a coffee machine with pods and a welcome basket of food. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around the city super easy. Flavia was an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great local recommendations and even provided fresh towels during the week, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend. Many thanks, Megan and Rohan 😊

Amazing location, short walk to the Vatican, great restaurants and the bus line! Loved the patio! Kitchen is useful for small easy meals. Furniture was comfortable to come home to after a long day of taking in the sights! Parking was easier than expected.

Staying with Giovanna felt like a warm bath: Giovanna is a lovely person with excellent host qualities. Once in Rome, do go for the stylish house, the superb terrace, the handy stores nearby, the relaxness of it all. And of course for the love of truely great Giovanna: A glorious 5 days stay it was! We will return!

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Camilla was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages and questions. The wifi worked fine. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. There was nothing missing. In summer, this accommodation is sure to be a hit. Very cool and with air conditioning. I highly recommend this place

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

Salvatore was a great host, very responsive and caring. When the first Wi-Fi connection didn't work, he didn't hesitate to send me someone at 11 p.m. to provide me with another – which I really appreciated. He responded to messages quickly, even late at night. The apartment is amazing, even better than in the pictures. I highly recommend it!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Beautiful stay in Rome, will be back!

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.

Great host. Very available. Reply directly to messages. Brought us coffee, milk, sugar, water... great service and really very welcoming. Found us a taxi for the return and upon arrival came to pick us up at the subway with his personal vehicle. To recommend. A big thank you to Claudio for his kindness and professionalism. Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Fabiola is a great and friendly host. She was always available and gave us lots of great advice (specially really good places to have the real Italian pizza and pasta). The apartment was really beautiful, modern and with all the amenities one would need for a good stay in Rome. The terrace was amazing, a quiet and beautiful place to rest surrounded by plants after a long day walking. It is also conveniently close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere in Rome either by public transport or walking. And there’s a bus from the airport that leaves you very close to it. We will surely repeat our stay with Fabiola anytime we go back to Rome

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
