The house is in the middle of an area full of excellent restaurants that offer traditional Roman and Italian cuisine. The area is full of public connections. At 200 meters from the house, in Piazzale Clodio, there is a bus terminal, a 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano della Metro stop. Also in the area you can rent free floating bikes and shared cars (Enjoy Car2GO ..). It is an area crossed by the longest cycle path in Rome that will contribute to the construction of the GRAB, the great ring road for bikes, It is close to via Cola di Rienzo which is one of the best shopping areas in Rome. It is also a completely flat area full of life and people at all hours of the day so it is also a pleasant walk to the most tourist areas such as the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese. The house has just been renovated and all the furniture and appliances are new. Prati is the best neighborhood in Rome and is a great starting point for visiting the capital of the world.
