Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte Mario

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Very responsive owner! Meets requests and the service was amazing! Thank you for that. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was really beautiful, nice and cozy. It contains everything one needs for either a short or long stay (like a hairdryer, basic care products, large fridge, coffee maker and cookingplate (+ basic needs for cooking). Eventough we didnt cook ourselves it is nice to know everything was at hand. Metro and bus are near by (just a 3min walk!). We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone! This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. We only stayed in this location for a short time but the host was wonderful with so must hospitality. The location was perfect. Quiet at night and always felt safe. The loft was exactly as described in the description and photos and very spacious

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

We had a great stay at Fabio’s place in Rome. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a perfect central location - close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet inside. It was the ideal spot to relax after long days of exploring the city. Fabio was a fantastic host: he met us at check-in, showed us around, and gave us great local recommendations for food and coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable; easily the best sleep we’ve had on our Eurotrip so far and having access to laundry was a huge plus. He even provided outlet converters, which was a thoughtful touch. Fabio was also very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

A big thank you to Elvin and his friend for their exceptional hospitality! They're lovely, caring hosts! Elvin d'Avantage, he took wonderful care of us, he made it much easier for us on many things, and was always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly as described. A really nice meeting and a property we'll treasure! We'll definitely be back and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation was pleasant in a quiet part of the city (although planes flew over us, it was quiet inside and we slept well), the surroundings are poorly maintained and the houses are old, but otherwise everything is fine, we moved without worries even in the evening, about 10 minutes walk to the subway, near the super store Sacoph. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very nice, she gave recommendations for restaurants, taxi and communicated great. We also found another restaurant nearby and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

Sara was the best host! Very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was tricky was parking, it is all street parking but really hard to find a spot but that is just how Rome is. Sara provided helpful streets to look for free parking. Would highly recommended staying here. Thank you Sara for letting us stay!

Mana’s place was great. First floor apartment so no stairs to clime. The second bedroom requires a few narrow steps and also the living room which is in the basement. Location, location, location. This what makes Mana’s place unique. A few steps from the famous Trevi Fountain. Mana was extremely helpful. She was there to receive us when we arrived and help us get taxis when we need them the most. In continuous communication with us throughout the trip. I highly recommend.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

Elisabetta was so kind and accommodating from start to finish. She arranged transportation from the airport and was easy to find. Upon arrival she met us and allowed us to drop our luggage while the apartment was cleaned. Our impression after checking in was awesome all around! Beautiful location, very clean and plenty of amenities. The apartment was modern and perfect for our family of five. I am quite picky with cleanliness when traveling and this rental was perfect. I especially loved the courtyard it faced and walking through every morning or night was so nice. Plenty of space for our 3 boys and the kitchen was perfect for our cooking a bit. Walkable to everything so close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s. Host went above and beyond with communication as well and even sought out restaurants to accommodate our gluten free family. Highly recommend and we miss it already!

Giulia’s apartment is super clean and bright, lovely, has 2 big rooms. 3 beds and one kitchen, comfortable balcony, location close to Vatican, we had our last day in Rome here, an excellent choice, Giulia is an angle host, she is so helpful and considering for us, we will never forgot such a good girl in Rome, we will stay here when we visit Rome next time 😄

We had a very nice time. Federico described everything very well. When we had problems with the key, he was there in person in 5 minutes. The apartment was clean and there was everything. The location was great. We will be back. Thank you.
