Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Mario

Amazing location, short walk to the Vatican, great restaurants and the bus line! Loved the patio! Kitchen is useful for small easy meals. Furniture was comfortable to come home to after a long day of taking in the sights! Parking was easier than expected.

We had a great stay at the little house on the hill. It was a nice neighborhood. We felt safe. Host is responsive. Walking distance to local bus lines, trams and exploring Rome by foot. I would return!

Located about twenty minutes by bus from the Vatican, the neighborhood is well served by public transport, which makes it ideal for a family stay in Rome. Very clean accommodation, in an elegant and quiet setting, close to the Caserma d'Acquisto and, with bus 32, in about twenty minutes you can reach San Pietro. THE CONAD SUPERMARKET IS ABOUT 200 M FROM THE ACCOMMODATION. IT IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE BEST AIRBB I HAVE VISITED, ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! WHEN I RETURN TO ROME, I WILL CERTAINLY WANT TO RETURN TO THIS APARTMENT

I had a great experience at this accommodation. From the very beginning, Simone’s communication was excellent—always responsive, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. He even offered to pick me up at the metro station, which was a very kind gesture and truly shows how thoughtful he is as a host. The place was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. One thing to keep in mind is that the nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. It’s generally manageable, but after a long day on your feet, the uphill walk back can feel a bit challenging. Still, if you’re looking for a peaceful place with a great host and solid value, this is an excellent choice. Thank you, Simone, for making my stay so pleasant!

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Everything went great. Our host was great and took care about our transport from airport to the apartment. The apartment has everything and it is very well equipt. Metro station is 10min walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone.

Camilla was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages and questions. The wifi worked fine. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. There was nothing missing. In summer, this accommodation is sure to be a hit. Very cool and with air conditioning. I highly recommend this place

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

Salvatore was a great host, very responsive and caring. When the first Wi-Fi connection didn't work, he didn't hesitate to send me someone at 11 p.m. to provide me with another – which I really appreciated. He responded to messages quickly, even late at night. The apartment is amazing, even better than in the pictures. I highly recommend it!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Alberto's apartment is exactly as described: well-kept, quiet, well-connected and perfect for those looking for a convenient base to visit the city. The area is quiet but strategic, and everything is easily reached. The spaces are well organized, very clean and equipped with everything you need for short or longer stays. The apartment is perfectly located—close enough to town to walk, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The outdoor space was a highlight: spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. Having a grocery store right downstairs was incredibly convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fabiola is a great and friendly host. She was always available and gave us lots of great advice (specially really good places to have the real Italian pizza and pasta). The apartment was really beautiful, modern and with all the amenities one would need for a good stay in Rome. The terrace was amazing, a quiet and beautiful place to rest surrounded by plants after a long day walking. It is also conveniently close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere in Rome either by public transport or walking. And there’s a bus from the airport that leaves you very close to it. We will surely repeat our stay with Fabiola anytime we go back to Rome

The bedding was great, we slept very well. Apartment in a very good location, 3 min walk to the metro station, very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants, including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. We loved Rome and will go back. Trusted host.
