The flat comes with a huge balcony / terrace from where you can see the Säntis (part of the Aplstein massif) and the historic village of Rehetobel. The flat itself has an ancient tiled stove, but modern heating as well. You can reach the village centre and the shop in a few minutes afoot. A small up-hill stroll grants you with a fantastic view of the Alpstein massif and Lake Constance. The village and near surroundings offer quite some restaurants, hiking paths and the like.

Some hiking trails pass the house and a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes for a training round. The access to the property leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 15-minute walk

Holiday cottage located on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.

The studio is centrally located in the village of Teufen and has an independent entrance. It is 400 m to the train station. By train it takes 15 minutes to St. Gallen, by car it is just under 10 minutes. A supermarket is just around the corner, free parking is also available nearby. There are several restaurants very close by. Teufen is a great starting point for many excursions and hikes in the Appenzellerland.
