Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Holiday fun in Appenzell

Make some beautiful memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The apartment is located in a 100-year-old former factory owner's villa with a garden, which can also be used. The 2-room apartment sleeps 4. In addition to the bedroom, a sofa bed for 2 people is available. Forest, hiking trails, railway line and Denner are within walking distance. St. Gallen, the village of Appenzell and the Alpstein can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes every half hour.

Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children.

After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Just the thing for a cozy weekend for two or alone in the middle of nature !! An extensive organic shop in the nearby farmhouse is always open, even for late arrivals. If you are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the Bird's Nest is not the right place. The luxury of the bird's nest is the wonderful simplicity. No TV, no radio, no Wi-Fi disturbs the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast basket if desired: 12.00/person
