Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Apartment on the first floor and second floor

The property is on Appenzellerstrasse, which leads from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright and offers on the ground floor and 1st floor plenty of space for 3-4 people. It is a patrician house, ceilings are higher (2.20 m) than typical Appenzell houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cots available. Dogs are welcome. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the road. Important: A separate ad is also placed on Airbnb to rent the whole house (8 people).

Benvinguts! Directe al centre de la ciutat! Self-check-in. D'aquí són 10 minuts a peu desde l'estació de tren o 3 minuts si s'agafa l'autobús. Amb la teva estada, et donem un ticket per l'autobús i tren per les zones 210, 211 i 231 gratuït. Els dimecres, divendres i dissabte pot ser que hi hagi una mica de soroll, a causa d'un bar proper. Aquells dies a les 12 de la nit ja no hauria d'haver soroll. Els demes dies no hi ha problema, ja que el bar està tancat. No disposem de parking.

Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children.

Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
