It is a patrician house; the ceilings are higher (2.20 m) than typical Appenzell houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cots are available. Dogs are welcome. Please register. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the street. Important: There is also a separate listing on Airbnb for renting the entire part of the house (8 people).

The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Everyday shopping facilities are located in Speicher and Teufen, the city of St. Gallen can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The access to the accommodation leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 10-minute walk

The breathtaking view over the Alpstein, hills and the countryside also invites you to hike, exercise and walk. Also for winter sports holidays with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or sledding. With us you can escape everyday life and get a taste of country life. You are also welcome to get an insight into our farm, not far from the vacation home. Fresh milk directly from the cow and eggs from our chickens can be purchased from us.

This attic apartment, renovated in 2019, has retained its charm despite the modern furnishings. It offers everything for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, the Oberstrass bus stop leads you comfortably to the city center, to the university or to the Olma. Bungalow with a dream view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
