The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. The apartment offers stylish furnishings, a modern study and a luxurious bathroom. In this oasis of well-being, there is an exclusive whirlpool, a shower (with steam sauna) and a spacious garden area with a private pavilion. The kitchen (microwave & coffee machine) is also used on workdays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) by our lawyer, who has his office in the front part of the property.
