Modern 3 bed house in a quite location. Private parking with direct level access to the enclosed rear garden which has a large decked area, rattan garden furniture and trampoline. Within 100m radius; -Tesco Express -Chinese takeaway (wood fired pizza and Sri Lankan curry van a few days a week) -Moorhayes Country House bar and restaurant. Children’s play park. Bus stop (although it’s only a 10 min walk into town) I will also consider letting your family pet stay on a case by case basis.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. There is a log burner in the living room (logs provided) and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Easily accessible, under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Musicians and Writers find this a useful retreat to work in. There is a Zappi charger for electric cars Dogs are not allowed in the bnb. Not suitable for children or babies
