We are located in the best part of Torquay, within walking distance of the town centre & harbour front with its shops and varied restaurants. A few minutes walk in the other direction and you are at the beautiful Meadfoot Beach and the costal path. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and quiet and there is a garden for you to sit and enjoy the weather in. There is free on-street parking.

You will get the luxury of the most amazing sea views from this apartment! Perfectly situated in Goodrington, Paignton. There is a dog friendly beach at the bottom of the road and a dog friendly pub at the top! There is space for up to 4 guests plus up to 2 four-legged friends. There are plenty of walks close by, we are right by the beach and on the South West Coast Path. Everything you need on the doorstep including shops, takeaways, beach, bus stop, restaurants, etc. Parking onsite.

Spacious 2 bed apartment in Victorian villa

Apartment 2 is a spacious and light first floor apartment with a large lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, with a separate bathroom and en-suite. There is ample space to socialise and the window seat has gorgeous views across Torquay. The second bedroom has a SuperKing bed which can be split in to a twin bed, so perfect for 2 couples or a family. Dog friendly. Please note from mid-July til end of August we have a minimum stay of 3 days.
