Condo vacation rentals in Mid Devon District

We did not meet the owner but it did not matter as she responded immediately. Location was perfect as an older person, quiet and peaceful. Many walking trails. The village has no Laundramat and very limited restaurants. Train service nearby is very good with frequent service. Could not fault the apartment with the exception of a fold-up bed into a cupboard everyday to open the main big window with the view. Probably not suitable for guests with children. In all other respect it was very modern and perfect.

Perfect stay for my visit (my son’s wedding) Everything I needed for a relaxed stay and to explore Ottery St Mary. Easy to find with Sue’s directions and enter with the Key lock box. Sue popped down to welcome me and contact anytime if needed to. She kindly left some milk and orange juice + sweet treat. It was a home from home and I had everything I needed to make my own meals to save on eating out. Comfy bed always a bonus. Thankyou Sue. I would definitely stay again.

We used the apartment in Whimble as a short stay. It was convenient for us to attend a party on a local campsite. We couldn’t fault the apartment and everything we needed could be found in the cupboards. Rich was quick to reply to any queries and we would stay in the apartment again if in the area.

Many thanks for a great day it was clean and very quiet. The offstreet parking was a real help.

We had a very comfortable stay in Pete and Sue’s Annex. The accommodation was spotless, light and spacious . The bed was extremely comfortable, with quality linen and soft fluffy towels and we had a very good sleep. Sue was very friendly on our arrival and we were very lucky to receive scones, jam and clotted cream for afternoon tea upon arrival which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, in the sun, soaking in the view. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed to access Exeter for university open day. Perfect location and price for the night. Diana suggested getting the train from local station rather than the stress and cost of driving and parking. Perfect stay for what we needed to do.

Booked on behalf of a special trip for my parents for a birthday celebration. They had a great time and found the location lovely and peaceful. Hosts were fantastic and even left a birthday card which was a lovely touch. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely peaceful break at The Coach House. It's in a very quiet location with good off-road parking and yet close to the A379 so easy to get about. You can also walk from the flat via the deer park and on to the coastal path. The flat was clean, light, very spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and comfy and the shower was excellent. Access to the property was simple and the host Joan was very welcoming. The milk, juice, tea, coffee, croissants and jam provided made a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay and we would love to visit again in the future. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Primrose Studio is a lovely base for two to stay in Totnes, you only need to cross one road and you're in town. We booked it in particular because we wanted to walk the Dart Valley Trail from Totnes to Dartmouth. It was great to be able to get back from a long days walking and have a hot shower and then only have a short walk to some lovely places to have a drink and good food. We would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Really lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Pre arrival comms from Matthew made it easy. Found it a great base for visiting Shaldon, Torbay, and a longer trip to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth which are both beautiful. Made good use of the Bodyboards in the apartment and the weather was kind. Great pubs on the back beach as well. Would recommend.

The best equipped and most beautifully furnished airbnb we’ve ever stayed at . High end furnishing / kitchen equipment and immaculate.

We had 8 nights at Jennifer's flat. It was just as we expected and very clean. Booking was easy and Jennifer was very helpful when we altered the booking. Exmouth was a great place for the South West Coastal Path walking that we had planned and also great for some chill days as well. We ate in lots of nights and the flat had everything we needed. There is a lovely view of the estuary from the living room. We also found nice bars and restaurants for the other evenings. Great place, would thoroughly recommend the town and Jennifer's flat. The flat was great and very roomy, all of the rooms had been done out to a high standard. Mark and Gemma were very helpful and responded very quickly. Facilities I were as advertised and to a high standard. The driveway was steep so take it slow but plenty of room to turn around as going backwards was not recommended but Mark. But plenty of space for our estate car.

This was a brilliant location and a lovely, quirky property. It’s in the centre of Bridport which has easy access to lots of local attractions. We had a fabulous day and hope to be back next year.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! We have just come back from a magnificent one night stay in the Ash apartment! Myself and my partner went with our two year old son, he had a blast! We thought the apartment was super easy to locate, clean, tidy and we loved that we had all the daily essentials that would be needed including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, the bathroom bits and bobs, plus fresh clean towels, which was just superb! 😊 We had some time in the hot tub and it was so peaceful, overlooking all the greenery! 😊 We would come back without a doubt and Jennifer the host met us on arrival, she is so kind, friendly and approachable! 😊 Thank you for an epic one night break Jennifer, it was divine! 😊

Only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. We used the pool which was lovely. The local pub was nice and the food was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!

Great stay, location was great for ease to and from buses and trains, 2 min walk to beach, pool was a nice extra to have and we'll stocked kitchen and bathroom.

What a beautiful place! Thank you so much Harriet for a wonderful break at Bankside Cottage! The cottage was well equipped, very clean and comfy with cosy blankets and crisp sheets. The outdoor space was so peaceful and beautiful - our two kids loved it. The pool was a massive plus and was lovely and warm! Plenty of parking, clear instructions and really friendly hosts. We will definitely be revisiting!
