Yonder View Luxury Container

Yonder View is a bespoke modern shipping container conversion. Externally it may appear industrial and sleek, but inside you will find a contemporary, cosy, fully equipped bolt-hole. The garden is fully enclosed and in front of the container is your fire pit and seating area, where you can unwind, relax and enjoy those incredible views over Yonder! A wood fired hot tub can be added as an extra (£75 for short stays) to your booking - the perfect spot for a glass of fizz at the end of your day.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Relax with the chiminea or barbecue under the stars, whilst soaking in the outdoor bath. Secure bicycle storage with a rack for two bikes is available. The Cabin is a perfect destination for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful getaway located close to Haldon Forest. With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.

The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature.
