Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. New tiny house, on 13 private acres, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Yosemite and come home to your hot tub filled with mountain spring water and sparkling new tiny home. Over 13 acres with amazing views, in the residential zone near Bass Lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant and you have the property all to yourself! We do have wifi and the cell service is great.
