Vacation rentals with lake access in Lower Grand Lagoon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for a weeks long get away. It was a nice walk to local beach access, and we felt like it was just far enough outside of the “city” to be a peaceful and low key vacation. The neighborhood was tidy and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool on our days off of the beach & our mornings spent on the screened in porch.

Very clean and felt welcomed. Even though our trip to Panama City was a quick turnaround, I felt comfortable just asking for the 2 nights. Carolyn and Brian's text kept me informed and very clear on HOA rules. My family had a wonderful stay.

having a great host who offers a great place that is true to their listing , makes for that much more of an enjoyable vacation. the less stress the better, on vacation especially - sara made sure to ensure it was as easy as she could make it on us. quick to respond, very friendly, extremely helpful and eager to do whatever it takes to make your vacation the best one yet! everything was as expected regarding the listing. one of the best locations within the proximity. also upon arrival she had sweet little fun gifts sat out for our kids - how fun!! we will definitely be back!

Very nice rental. We enjoyed evening strolls through the neighborhood on the golf cart. It was close to putt-putt golf and other activities. Beds were too firm for my liking but my wife liked them. Overall a great rental and updated. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay! Cassie was great and very responsive. Space was clean and just like the pictures. We also loved how close the beach was!

We came with a group of 8. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Everything was accurate in the listing. They even have a list of recommendations as for things to do and places to eat. Plenty of space and they had all the right accessories needed for a week stay. Walmart across the street and so many restaurants all in walking distance as well as straight access to the beach. The owners and locals all were just genuinely kind! Richard was very responsive to any questions since the day we booked their place. They checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We have no complaints and highly recommend!

This Airbnb felt like home away from home. It was very clean, beautiful, and in a quiet area. The location was in a drivable distance from anything you could’ve needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and which I greatly appreciated.

Loved this place !! Very spacious for a big group and the beach walk is only a couple of minutes. Brian is a very responsive host, I hope to be back soon.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Richard was extremely helpful and responsive. He was very nice and we had the best time on our little vacation. He gave us helpful tips for restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was so clean and lovely and home away from home. We throughly enjoyed our visit. We loved that we could walk to almost anywhere and walk the beach at night was so much fun.

Carillon Beach is truly a gem. We loved our stay. This space was perfect for just my husband and I. Would have felt pretty cramped if we had a child with us. I read on a previous review not to bring too much stuff & that was great advice. The home was accurate to the photos, clean & great view from balcony. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with coffee.

We loved this Airbnb! Lee was a wonderful host. The location was perfect with the beach right across the street, the organic cafe next door, and other great beach towns in either direction. The condo was completely charming, spotless, and beautifully remodeled.

Second time staying here. I selfishly don’t want to leave a review bc it’s truly a hidden gem. Sandy and Larry are fantastic hosts. Amazingly stocked Airbnb, all the soaps shampoos etc that you need, always a stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Everything that you would need for a little beach vacation. It’s a mini kitchenette in the unit but plenty to do some basic cooking. The location is perfect to walk to the beach. Hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do every time.

We absolutely fell in love with this sweet cottage. Amongst the cookie cutter homes in the area this little place is reminiscent of old Florida. It had everything we needed. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, look no further. Connie is a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

We had 3 families, 6 adults and six 17 year olds. We cooked every meal and kitchen was well equipped. Parking at the beach was very limited so the GEM cart (extra $) and free bikes worked out great. The pool was great with many chairs, tables, bathrooms, and umbrellas and has a large lawn where we played corn hole and Slammo. The house has two large living areas that allowed the teens to stay up late playing the many provided board games and watching movies on the large TVs. The back porch was nice for morning coffee. 4 bedrooms, 2 with connected bathroom, 2 without. All beds were very comfortable. The grill works well but bring utensils and a grill brush.

Daniela's home is beautiful and comfortable. Outside of the space itself being gorgeous the quality of the linens and towels, thoughtful touches throughout and the kid friendly features really stood out. Everything is well maintained and wonderful. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back and stay again.
