Great place in a great location.

This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

We have stayed here before and never disappoints. This place is in a perfect location directly across from a public access to the beach (#18) so just steps away. Gulf views from the upper deck while having your morning coffee. Close to restaurants and plenty to do.

Great place for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again! Convenient to shops and restaurants at “Big Chill”. Had a great vacation!

Absolutely loved my stay. The house was stunning , spacious & looked like the pictures on the site. Easy communication with host.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The pool was right across the street, which made it easy to get the little ones over and back. We took the golf cart to the beach park nearby, which was fun. The home was comfortable and furnished nicely. We had plenty of hot water for showers! Across the street was The Big Chill with many dining options, outdoor movies for the kids and music at night which didn’t go late, so it was quiet by bedtime. It was all great! The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly.

This was our first time visiting the area and we will certainly be back. Mitch was very informative and very responsive. We had one very minor issue the first night (nothing big) but Mitch went above and beyond to address it. The home was beautiful and conveniently located to state park beach access and dining/entertainment. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Ron was amazing from prior to check in until departure! He and his wife left personal, artistic touches, plenty of information and notes (I liked this so I didn’t have to cont referring to the notes in the app or the manual), and thought of everything we may need! I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, a grill, and coffee! They left more than a starter amount of dish/laundry pods, toilet paper, and bath towels (so we didn’t have to wash laundry everyday). I also loved that there were beach towels (most places do not provide those) and 4 beach chairs with a cart! I travel to this area often and have stayed in more than a few rental properties, I used to avoid PCB because choosing budget friendly often sacrificed quality - that is definitely not the case here! It had everything we needed and was very affordable since we added it in to the end of our 30A trip! I had the pleasure of meeting Ton and he was as friendly in person as online! 💯 rec.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time visiting Florida and anything we didn't think to bring or pack was at the home for us to be able to use. Having all of the beach gear there already made the trip so easy! The home is in a great location not super close to the busy areas but just convenient and close enough to anything you wanted to do, also conveniently close to the beach! Heidi, the host was also very helpful when we arrived with any questions or things we needed. Would for sure stay here again!

This was our second stay in this beautiful townhouse. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. The entire house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Ali was very responsive and amazing to work with. We will definitely be staying again!

If you’re looking for easy beach access this is a great location! The house is as pictured, very cute, and already stocked up with household items. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.

The host is incredibly friendly and quick to respond, making the stay effortless. The home is spotless, well-maintained, and offers plenty of cozy beds for a comfortable stay. Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

We enjoyed our time! Loved that it was minutes from the beach, the amenities, and that the place had a washer and dryer. It was perfect size for my family and we really enjoyed our stay.

The townhouse was perfect for my family that traveled in for a local tournament. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Loved this, it was so much space and very close to the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was no tvs in the other rooms but other than that we had a blast and I would definitely book again..

We stayed here for a week while in town for a baseball tournament, and this home was absolutely perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. We realized after arriving that we forgot to pack our wagon, which is essential for hauling gear to the games. To our surprise (and relief!), there was a sturdy, reliable wagon available at the house that saved the day. It’s those thoughtful touches that made this stay stand out. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We booked this location for our birthday weekend. This was our first time in the area. Chip provided us with recommendations which made it easy to find things to do in the area. The accommodations were exactly as pictured online. The place was very clean, comfortable, and we felt right at home. Chip was friendly and responsive. We had a great time taking the golf cart around! We hope to book again in the future.

We had an amazing time at this cute beachy townhouse! Jessica, the hostess, was so kind and responsive with any questions I had! We had everything we needed for our beach stay and absolutely loved the bonus of having arcade games to play in the living room! It was clean and comfy- felt right at home! Such a great place- so thanks, Jessica! Would definitely recommend this place!

Love the location to local bakeries and bars. About 20 mins from the beach. We also brought our birds with us. The space was clean and felt like home.
