Vacation rentals with a sauna in Lower Grand Lagoon

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua 201! Kim’s instructions from the beginning were easy & informative. The second floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean was perfect. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made the unit feel even more spacious. Balconies from the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were a pleasant surprise as we enjoyed watching the night-life and cruising. Restaurants were within walking distance; Pier Park was a fun place we visited a few times; Pineapple Willy’s was about a 20 minute drive; Target & Walmart were 5 minutes away. We went to The Wicked Wheel twice for dinner- definitely recommend! Parking is $50 for the week, & we always felt safe. Beach chairs/umbrella are available for $40/day in front of the condo, but we brought our own chairs & tent, even though Kim does have chairs/umbrellas/toys available. The washer/dryer was perfect every day we came up from the beach! This condo was definitely our home away from home…with the best views! We will be back for sure!

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

The condo was clean, updated had everything you could need to feel right at home & it is close to everything we wanted to do we loved that the resort has a movie theater, which we did take advantage of we ate at the café numerous times the only downside was the elevator wait which Keith did warn us about up front Keith was a great host we definitely recommend staying here

Cindy’s place was an excellent and relaxing place to stay. Great location and the place was spotless. You are within 10 minutes of every thing you could need and want. We would definitely stay again!

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

Peaceful. Pristine. Perfectly chill. Loved being on the quieter end of Panama City Beach—way more our speed. 🛏 Beds = firm and fabulous (just how we like ’em) 🍳 Kitchen = stocked and ready for anything 🌅 Patio = chef’s kiss ⛱ Beach chair service = clutch! 📲 Host = super responsive The neighborhood is walkable, but the overall vibe felt a little plain—less charm, more beach rentals. We’re drawn to spots with a funkier, lived-in feel. Still, this place was a gem.

We absolutely loved staying beach front at Gary’s place. The condo has a modern feel to it and was great for our family. The condo was clean and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Gary also provided beach towels, a starter set of toiletries, and the washer and dryer were so helpful! We were able to cook most of our meals with grocery stores in close proximity. Not too many restaurants nearby, but not too far of a drive either. The beach amenities were so perfect for our family as Gary provides chairs, lots of beach toys, and boogie boards. The view was breathtaking and being able to walk to the beach was very convenient! We would love to stay here again!

Charla was great! She kept us informed all along the way. We loved the location and the condo was more than expected!! Thank you Charla, you made everything easy and my wife and I were able to relax and enjoy time together. Would definitely recommend this others and look forward to staying again in the near future. Great place to stay! Awesome resort in front of the beach. Very conveniently located and close to everything. Will recommend!

Everything was as described. Communication was excellent and the owner showed a true sense of caring. The only "snag" we had was with the WiFi. The system had just been updated and the access in the guestbook was incorrect. After a quick email, all was clarified. The condo itself was located in a lower key part of PCB. It was still close enough to everything we needed, but just on the outskirts of the potential zaniness that can be a part of PCB. The condo was a corner unit, so the balcony area had awesome views. It had everything we needed and then some. Chairs, coolers, towels, etc. were in abundance. We brought beach items with us, but were not needed. Highly recommend staying here as the property and owner are great!

Everything was as stated. Well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen sink water pressure is powerful! Be careful and turn on carefully or you may get a shower - lol. Great balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. We liked it being on the end of the floor. The pool was nice too. Since it is a smaller condo complex, the beach and amount of chairs put out was a bit less which meant the beach did not feel crowded - even on the weekend. Great stay and we will certainly look to book again. I was pleasantly surprised to find this originally as it says it stays frequently booked! Enjoy - and thanks again Peter.

Nicoail & his family were very welcoming and helpful. Their home was beautiful with lots of space and very clean. Beautiful garden in the back with bar and seating was great for our group. We enjoyed our stay and all of Nicoail’s help!

Beautiful gem of a spot close to everything. Great spot for a big family to stay the weekend. Excellent amenities, pool and ocean views. Very clean, which is very important for me. I would highly recommend this BnB and definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice! Very nice master bath and living areas. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout and a quiet neighborhood. Sydney was an excellent host and even when we had issues, she was quick to provide solutions. We will be staying again next year!

I travel to PCB and outer banks for the last 10 years but this house is by far the best I’ve stayed at ! The house was warm and welcoming the moment I walked in. After a long drive from Pittsburgh I took a nap in the most comfortable bed with fresh smelling linens that felt like home . The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. The neighborhood was quiet and safe . Very peaceful. I can’t skip out on the pool and how wonderful it was to come back and have a relaxing evening at poolside . Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home . Can’t wait for next year.

Beautiful space with short walk to the beach! Our young children loved the bunk beds and we loved that they had their own space to nap/sleep so we didn’t have to share a bedtime. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. Nice location in 30A that didn’t feel crowded but you can quickly drive or bike to restaurants/shopping. The gelato stand and bar on site were also super convenient.

Good place to stay with more than enough room for 6 of us adults. Great location with short walk to the beach and restaurants. Katie was incredibly helpful and responsive!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views from the balcony were stunning! Everything was super clean, the kitchen had everything you would need as far as pots/pans/utensils. The building was quiet, in a great location and the beach service was a big plus. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!
