Vacation rentals with lake access in Bay County

Great stay, we will definitely be back! The house included every little thing we may have needed with much thought and care put into our stay. The host was super friendly and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly communicative, and accommodating before and throughout our stay. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and town, and nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

Everything was wonderful! Esther was quick to respond when we had an issue with the boat lift. The house was conveniently located near the gulf.. perfect place to bring a boat. Our family enjoyed our Easter weekend at Esther’s place. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed and more for our mother/daughter girls adult trip! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed, including a Kuerig which was not in photos but was a big plus. Also had a few more beach chairs than pictured which was also a nice bonus. Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped! Local restaurants were also great and loved the privacy of area and beach access! Would definitely return! Only down side was that majority of bedrooms are on 3rd floor and kitchen/living area is on second floor… being able to use the elevator would have been a plus.. especially on check in/out day but all in all great stay and lovely property and if you’re in good health then not a problem but if have knee problems then this might not be a good fit.

Amanda was very helpful and responsive. The listing and the place were on point. It was great for us as we were close to our relatives, quiet, and peaceful. The location was also centralized for all the fishing spots as well. If we are back in the area, this will be the first place we try to reserve.

I can't say enough great things about this home! it is immaculate! Donald gave very clear checkin instructions and even let us checkin early which was very helpful. The home was exactly as pictured and described. The lake and use of the row boat made the kids with us very happy. Not to mention breathtaking sunsets! I loved the amount of extra pillows and blankets. Everyone always needs one more and we had plenty. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Bathrooms also very clean. Screened in porch was a nice extra bonus. Donald is a fabulous host. I had a few questions and he was very responsive and helpful. The home is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The price makes this home an absolute steal! Booking your vacation at this little slice of heaven is the best decision you'll ever make!!

My family and I loved the place—it was a home away from home. The house was beautiful, and there were a lot of activities and games to do. I definitely would recommend it; you won't be disappointed in this home.❤️

My husband, dog, and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! Carillon Beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and community is lovely. We loved being close to 30a and hopping around all the beach towns in the evenings, as well as being near pier park for our dog :) The unit is exactly what is pictured and had ample space for us. Seriously our dream vacation, we will 1000000% be back!

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

Great vacation spot. Loved view of lake and close to beach. Amazing. Helpful and accessible hosts. They have created a wonderful home away from home! Definitely would stay again!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just what we needed. Montanna was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the trip, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I will be staying again

Host was very responsive and friendly. The place had everything imaginable to be able to cook for our family. Patio space was great to have another family staying in PCB over to grill out and sit outside to eat and enjoy the weather and company. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy walking to the private beach access. Chairs and beach cart available were super helpful! Kids loved walking to mini golf, carts, and Alvin’s too!

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

We rented this home for a softball tournament that was being played at Frank Brown Park. The house is super close to the park and to Pier Park for shopping. We were not able to enjoy the beach but the access is only a few minutes drive from the house. The neighborhood is golf cart friendly and very quiet. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our dogs. The house is super cute and clean. There were 3 of us and 2 dogs and we were very comfortable. The beds and furniture are comfy and clean. Cassandra is a very responsive host. Thank you for letting us use your home, we will definitely be back.

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

This has been the BEST airbnb I've stayed at so far. Will definitely be getting this place again on my next visit to Panama city.

Lovely home and location especially for a family with children! Has everything you need at the house and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. It didn’t feel like a typical AirBnB with most basic amenities possible, it was truly nearly as comfortable as our own home. Thanks for having us!

Tucked away at the end of E. Park Place, this home offers a peaceful, private escape. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite features, fully equipped and perfect for relaxing with a book or just unwinding. I also appreciated the outdoor shower after beach trips, and the barbecue setup was great for grilling. The house is just a short walk to a stunning stretch of beach, right next to Camp Helen State Park. I used the rental bikes to explore the area, which made getting around easy and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was very clean and thoughtfully maintained, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s a quiet, well-kept Airbnb that I’ll definitely be returning to.
