Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

Sydney was amazing! We had to evacuate because of hurricane Milton. We originally went to Pensacola for three nights and then that Airbnb was booked so we couldn’t extend our stay there, so we decided to drive to Panama City Beach and Sydney‘s house was so perfect. I don’t even know how to explain how grateful we all are to her and her team for allowing us to not only come in early, But we extended our stay as well and they gave us a late check out! all things that are worthy of 10 stars! I wish I could give her 10 stars! thank you Sydney for everything. I really wanted to buy you a present and some flowers and leave it on the counter. We just ran out of time.🥰thank you! thank you! thank you 🙏🏻

Amy’s place was wonderful! We are a family of 5 with three little ones (2,4,6). This was our first stop along our road trip and our first ever beach trip. We can’t wait to do it again that’s how amazing it was! Amy’s place truly is a short walk to the beach, and it was not crowded at all! She had all the beach things for us to borrow so we didn’t have to worry about packing that. She puts so much thought and care into her place and making sure you are at home when you walk in! From buckets for the kids, to a 3rd little bed made, a spotless house, it truly was perfect! Stay at Amy’s place, you won’t regret it!

On arrival the home was clean and just as pictured. We definitely enjoyed and the Guest book with clear recommendations was awesome. Thanks for the prompt response and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

This house is so cute and in the sweetest little neighborhood. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. The space is exactly as described and shown in the listing. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked, the back patio is amazing, and if you're traveling with a pup - the back yard is perfect, so is the quiet street if you want to take a walk. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Absolutely perfect stay! I can not say enough about this place!! My family had an amazing stay from check in to check out. Plenty of space, pictures don’t even do this house justice! So spacious, so many bathrooms, so much space! The stocked kitchen was nice and super convenient. The views….no words. We have stayed in Rosemary/Seagrove/Miramar/Destin area multiple times but the trade off for being directly on the beach was worth every single penny. The swim spa was so great too-we all enjoyed it! In the listing I must have missed any descriptions of beach chairs/toys/etc…but there were so many chairs and toys and it was yet one more pleasant surprise!! The area right behind the rental was so quiet and private. It was almost like we had a private beach. We watched dolphins and sea turtles, enjoyed local restaurants and thoroughly loved our week!! If you’re on the fence about this place-book it!! Smooth and easy-not one negative thing to say!!

We had a great time! The house was SO well appointed. We also love the decor and furniture- it’s a very stylish home with quality furniture! We so so so appreciated having plenty of pool towels, complimentary snacks, and ample paper products such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels- a real rarity in the Airbnb world. The beds were very comfortable and we LOVE white bedding in a rental, you could tell it was all fresh and clean. The home is very comfortable and has ample seating both inside and out. The pool was amazing- clean and stocked with pool toys for the kiddos. Although we could have easily taken the short walk to the beach- we never wanted to leave the pool! Outdoor TV was a big hit. Second living area was also a big bonus (especially if you bring kids or if two families are sharing the home!) And everyone appreciated having tvs in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely come back and we hope we get too!

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was great! Perfect location with so many shops and restaurants around and a quick walk to the beach! Loved the bikes! Highly recommend this for your trip to 30A!!

Erika’s place was just as listed. We loved the pool and stayed in the backyard when we were home. We even opted to eat our meals outside. It is secluded, quiet and just great for spending time outside. We went to Shell island for two days and loved how clean the beach was. I would definitely stay again. It was a much needed reset for me! Thank you Erika.

We were there for week. My kids loved the pool with the slide! He had everything where we could cook meals each night. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. The bathrooms where clean. Beautiful and homey house all around. Great for the family and pets. It was such a blast that week! Trey also a great host. Will be definitely staying here again when we can!

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at Sarah’s place in Panama City Beach! The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was super easy with a keyless entry system. Sarah was a fantastic host—always friendly, quick to respond, and very communicative throughout the trip. The location was perfect for my vacation. We were just a 1-minute drive from the beach and close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and shops. The unit had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. Another big plus: since the rental is part of a home in a residential neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful—no loud noises or crowds, which made it extra relaxing. The neighborhood itself felt safe and friendly. While walking my dog, I met several neighbors out walking, biking, and jogging. One of Sarah’s neighbors even offered me some freshly cooked flounder he had caught that day! I highly recommend this spot!

The host Mark is knowledgable, friendly, down to earth & responsive. I felt like no matter what may come up, I had a point of contact that would care & do something. This place, the location, layout & ammenties simply cannot be beat! The only thing we had to purchase was our groceries! Whether you are visiting as a couple or a family...you cannot go wrong staying here. We felt comfortable & safe the entire visit. The beach is literally seconds from your door, the pool is clean & kept, the room itself lacked nothing, there is plenty of room to move around as well as sufficient seating both indoors & out, the beds & pillows are extremely comfortable, the a/c & fans keep the rooms nice no matter how it feels outside, all appliances are up to date & work properly as well as nice furniture & clean classic decor. No elevators to hassle with or waitng for a parking spot. You pull right tonl your door! I feel we have found a gem that we will frequent every visit to P.C.B.

The host was a great communicator! there was couple things that was forgotten at the place but the host apologized and offered to fix the issue, however, we went ahead and resolved the issues on our own! the host was so helpful! highly recommended & would stay here again!

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

So easy to walk to the beach! Our 12 year old liked having her own room with the pull out couch and second bathroom and our 10 year old enjoyed the bunkbed. It was awesome to have a backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for our family to stretch out and relax.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family getaway—everyone especially enjoyed the volleyball court, and the location was ideal for everything we had planned. We also made great use of the grill for Memorial Day, which made the weekend even more special. Very thoughtful and understanding hosts. I’d definitely love to return in the future!
