My first time staying here. It was an awesome place. Very clean end to end. had about anything you can think of for whatever scenario you have as if you was home. The location is pretty good as it’s not crammed onto another major resort/condo. I didn’t know this but the room has a free chairs and umbrella on the beach. You check in down there and they’ll set it up for you. Not a lot of restaurants/stores right at the place but plenty with in driving distance (less than 5 minutes). Also the place isn’t centered at a busy roadway or intersection so getting in and out was seamless. Everything worked as it should inside the condo. The tiki bar that’s attached to the resort is pretty good. Good food and drinks. Also the place has fenced in parking that has very observant security so your stuff won’t be messed with. Will 100% come back

Hosts were very responsive and helpful, answered all questions we had. The space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, very easy to find and close to restaurants and stores.

Our stay was perfect! The condo is so beautifully decorated and it had a very single comfort of home you could ask for. Plenty of pillows and blankets, plenty of super soft towels, beach accessories, and all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you would need to make your beach vacation just perfect! And get ready for a great nights sleep because the bed was so comfortable! Barry & Kathryn were so communicative. Although we didn’t need them for any issues, they were so quick to check in with us to ensure we were happy and weren’t in need of anything. I can’t imagine even wanting to book anywhere else when we visit the area again! It is perfectly located in the exactly area we wanted to be in, and the condo itself was like being in the comfort of your own home. Definitely recommend to all!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The view was gorgeous. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. Having two bathrooms were great for a family of 6 using them. I like the simplicity of the decor. Loved having the beach service provided to us! Our family felt safe the entire stay. We took family pictures at St. Andrew’s state park which was gorgeous. Jessica was great to communicate with. She was very responsive and quick to respond back. We were last minute scheduling our vacation and was worried about not finding something within our budget and this place was perfect for us, the condo and the price both. We would definitely stay at Jessica’s place again! R & J Biggers🩷

Love the place! The view was the best, exactly like the pictures. If you need a sign to book your trip, this is it do it! Comfortable bed, super clean, and talking to Kendra was super easy she responded all of our questions and was so helpful on everything! Definitely coming back again.

The condo was great. It was very clean and quiet. The view was fantastic. Access to the beach posed no issues. Overall, this was a great place to stay for the week.

A best friend and I decided to turn a day trip into an overnight stay last minute. Kevin was super responsive and made sure we were good to go! The room was extremely nice and clean! We will definitely be back!

Nikki and her team did a wonderful job of accommodating us for our stay. Even when we lost our keys they were upset nor rushing us and instead offered to help us find them. 5 out of 5 star review for them. I would highly recommend giving them a try the next time you’re in the pcb locations. (Also worth to note - it is in short walking distance to the beach)! Thanks again Nikki!

We seriously enjoyed our stay! We definitely felt like it was a little home away from home. Peaceful, clean, open, cute. We loved it! The hosts checked in on us. Amazing time!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nina’s place was great. She was a great host, and was able to respond and accommodate our needs accordingly. Her place is exactly as advertised. We were in walking distance of many great restaurants, as well as Walmart, and right across from the beach. We hope to come back and stay in the future! I would highly recommend her place to anyone.

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.
