Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

A bright bedroom is presented with large windows offering views of greenery. A spacious bed with a tufted headboard is centered against the wall, flanked by bedside tables with lamps. Two folded towels are neatly placed on the bed, creating a welcoming appearance.

Worry free if you have heavy luggages to carry. It is right at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival theatres. 15min walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Surrounded by lots of local restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and right in the heart of all Festivals as well!

'Silverknowes Suite' is a small, newly renovated, light and airy ground floor studio with own front door, kitchenette and ensuite. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within 5 minutes walk to bus routes to the city centre and 10 minutes to the airport bus stop. By car, the city can be reached in 15 minutes. There are beautiful nearby walks down to the Forth River front and beach. The suite is attached to our family home but the connecting door will be kept locked ensuring your privacy.
