Vacation rentals with beach access in Lothian

It’s a beautiful apartment with an amazing sea view. In the evening, we fell asleep to the sound of the waves, and in the morning we woke up to a stunning view of the sea horizon. The place is very well equipped – we didn’t miss anything. The entire apartment is spacious and beautifully and stylishly furnished. The only downside for us was the mattress in the bedroom, as it was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. The location is excellent – the beach is right across the street and the shop is just a 5-minute walk away. North Berwick is a wonderful place to relax, and staying in this apartment added perfectly to the charming seaside atmosphere of the town.

Great location, with easy parking in front of the property. It’s pay and display before 17:00. Scott was super helpful and friendly. With responses super quick. Check in was easy with a lock box. The place is stunning. The photos really didn’t do it justice. Super homey. The location is super nice right on the beach and just a short walk to a shop if anything needed. Would 100% recommend.

Wee gem of an apartment in a quiet but very central part of Arbroath. Two mins from beach and easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Flat was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The dedicated parking was very convenient. We had a wonderful break and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay in South Queensferry! The apartment was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We were traveling with our 9 month old and appreciated the high chair and travel cot that were provided for us. The fridge and kitchen were well stocked with breakfast options and snacks, which made us feel at home! It was easy to get into Edinburgh for day trips and the boat ride down to Inchcolm was really fun. Highly recommend staying here!!

We loved the area and the location was perfect for catching the tram, groceries, restaurants/pubs within walking and the peacefulness it provided. Highly recommend!

We felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we arrived. The location is perfect for walking to the shops or the beach. The apartment was clean and free of clutter. There is a lot of natural light and we enjoyed opening the windows to feel the breeze and hear the sounds of nature. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Sharon was always quick to respond and made us feel welcome. My family has stayed at this property before and we will be recommending it to others! Lovely getaway by the sea.

The house was perfect and homely. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep and the stunning beach just a few minutes walk away. I hope to visit again, it was a great find for my stay.

Really lovely large house in a beautiful setting, perfect for dog walks and with access to the coast. Huge garden with multiple lovely seating areas.

We have stayed at Black Rocks several times and have never been dissapoined. Loren is lovely and very responsive. The village is very welcoming and we would highly recommend the Anchor Hotel for food and local atmosphere. A very special place, just perfect!

Izzy is a responsive and helpful host, very willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. The place is clean and comfortable. The extra half bathroom downstairs is great! Good value for the area. Easy walk to the waterfront and groceries nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Izzy’s place and in Kirkcaldy.

The home was perfect for our golf holiday. Charming home and unique. Had everything we needed. Antonia was a great host, very responsive. I would stay with Antonia again. A+++++

Lovely cottage in an idyllic location near to the harbour. Excellent communication from Lauren even when we couldn’t get the wi fi to work. Very clean and will certainly consider returning when we come back next year for another golfing trip

We loved Andy and Karen's apartment. It was in a fabulous location; was well equipped, comfortable and clean; and was close to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and amenities. We highly recommend it. We had a lovely stay at this sweet little apartment. It was right on the prom, and within a couple of minutes' walk of a Co-op. The bus stop serving Edinburgh was also just up the road; we enjoyed a trip to Inveresk Lodge Gardens (a little gem) on the bus. The apartment was really well-equipped, and felt like a real home-from-home, including buckets and spades in the cupboard which our daughter loved. The beach was covered in beautiful shells- gorgeous! Inside, the apartment felt spacious with lots of storage, a nice hot shower, a big comfy sofa, and really cosy, comfy beds. We would love to return here and really enjoyed our stay- thank you!

Our first visit To Northumberland and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Lesley's apartment is the perfect space for a weekend away. Incredibly clean, modern, stylish and excellent quality bed linen, towels and furnishings. If I could have taken the bed home I would have done 😄 so so comfy! Lesley was the perfect host, answered questions quickly made sure we had everything we needed and I knew she was on hand had we have needed anything. The location is great, plenty to see and do in the area. A lovely bistro smack bang opposite the apartment, serving great homemade pizzas and meze and have a singer on on a weekend. Free parking was a real treat and Lesley's book of top tips, places to visit and restaurant recommendations was really useful. I'd highly recommend a stay at The Nest.

This is a fun place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with fairly reasonable parking options for those who are choosing to rent a car. Definitely take a look at bus routes etc, as we did not find this spot to be walkable to most highlited areas in Edinburgh. The bus was an easy 5 min walk from the space and we found it easy to navigate with Google Maps. Over all the places was very well kept, the host was fabulous. The Art in the home is ALL female paintings, books, posters etc... quirky or creepy you decide. So if you don't mind women staring you down from every window covering, painting, or poster then you'll enjoy your time in this art filled space.

This is a lovely condo in a really beautiful location on the Fife coastal path. We really enjoyed relaxing here after a busy wedding weekend in St Andrews, and we wished we could have stayed more than just one night. Probably the cleanest airbnb I have ever been to. Karen was kind enough to let us check out late. We are already hoping to return!

Sarah's place was great for our visit to Broughty Ferry. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Sarah is super nice and very responsive! I would highly recommend her place.
